- Abstract
The practical teaching in university is an important part of inspiring the students' innovative consciousness and exploiting the students' innovative thinking. In this paper, GPS practical teaching reform and exploration are conducted based on autonomous learning mode, taking professional skills and innovation ability training as an objective. Using the experiment and practical training as two platforms, the new GPS practical teaching system is constructed according to three levels and seven modules. The practical teaching effect is significantly improved through the optimization of practical teaching contents and methods together with the reform of examination approaches. The ultimate goal is to develop students' learning ability, practical ability, innovation ability, professional skill and literacy, and teamwork skill. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
