Through participating the planning and implementation of Guangdong University of Technology lab-safety-week, the paper analyzed the type of education and summarized the experience and the shortage, then rethought about the lab safety management work in domestic technical universities. It found out that under the existing conditions, only through the mode innovation of laboratory safety work inspection and implement, and enhancing its operability, the lab-safety management and safety performance can be effectively improved. As the rapid development of the higher education in China, it is very urgent to open the laboratories in full time. But it also cause some management problems, particularly in flow and large population. The staffs are hard to make the schedules clear enough to deal with check-in. It is an urgent demand to deploy an open laboratory management system which should be based on the identification. This paper designes an open laboratory management system based on fingerprint measurement identification and use minutia fingerprint matching algorithm to realize automatic fingerprint detection identification, which makes the algorithm more robust to nonlinear deformation between two images by changing a stable window into an alterable one. Finally, it stduies the whole software implemenation process. It adoptes the FVC fingerprint database and live stimulation to make experiments on the automatic fingerprint identification algorithm and verified the availability of the system.
