The university cuisine process laboratory has risk factors such as gas explosion, fire, electromechanical strike and knife tool injury and hidden accidents . This paper adopts the methods of literature induction and practical research to analyze the lack of safety education in the cuisine process laboratory, the lag of the safety system, the lack of safety precautions, the risk factors of various knife tools and the current situation of hidden accidents such as gas explosions . Meanwhile, this paper explores the effective path of intensive safety education in the cuisine process laboratory, the ways and methods to investigate safety hazards and block security vulnerabilities, and the countermeasures to prevent accidents such as early warning control measures. In this paper, the safety education of freshmen is discussed. By the analysis of the existing problems in chemical laboratories, there are rulers on the walls and loud voice for safety education, but the self-restraint management of laboratory staffs is still not enough. For the safety education of the basic experimental courses elected by a large number of students, firstly, we gave the students a safety lecture by the title “Safety, required subject in life ! ! ! " before they entered the laboratory. And then, the students needed to sign “safety commitment” before they entered the laboratory to do experiments. The purpose was to remind and warn the students to pay attention to safety. In addition, safety issues were run through the whole experimental course, and a one-vote veto system for safety issues was implemented. The ultimate goal is to remind freshmen that a lot of preparation is needed for laboratory safety. The laboratory is an important platform for student training and scientific research in universities. Its safety operation is an guarantee for the teaching and researching carrying out smoothly. In general, A relatively perfect security management system and professional management team are set up, and strict systems of rules and regulations are formulated in domestic and foreign universities. However, some hidden security problems are difficult to be found and processed in time, these are only implemented by system constraints and conventional information technology. This paper introduces a self-developed intelligent detection system which uses the Internet of things, big data and other information technology, to assist the personal management. It can detect the violation of regulations, the lines aging problem and environmental safety status and so on timely. In addition, it can deal with the emergency interruption of the crisis, and can also alert the user terminal through the Internet at the same time. On the basis of intelligent identification, the refinement management is carried out to achieve a certain energy saving effect. Laboratory is a main site for scientific researches and teaching activities, everyday there are all kinds of chemical experiments to carry out in a university, then a large amount of chemicals are used and chemical wastes are emitted. Although their amount is less than chemical companies, the components of emissions are complex, especiaHy, some of them are flammable, explosive or toxic. In order to strengthen the safety management of chemical waste in laboratories, to protect the environment of campus and the health of teachers and students, this paper introduces the category and properties of laboratory waste in universities. The general situation of the laboratory chemical waste management is analyzed, based on the current situation of safety management about laboratory chemical waste disposal at Nanjing University of Science and Technology, suggestions of enhancing chemical waste safety management are presented. The suggestions include the management team with responsibility, the minimization ways of laboratory waste, the tracking management of chemical reagents, the construction of rules and regulations, and the cultivation of environmental awareness.
