Based on the needs of university laboratory management, the construction of experimental education platform and the needs of young students’ self development, Zhejiang Gongshang University has created a new laboratory management professional student organization — " laboratory home". This paper introduces the background significance, organization system mode and actual effect of the " laboratory home", and systematically summarizes the practical experience, and objectively analyzes some practical problems. The results show that it is of both practical and theoretical significance to build a college laboratory management professional student organization, and to build a practical platform for young students to participate in the laboratory management. The laboratory management professional student organization, such as "experimenter" , can not only provide service for young students to grow up, but also strengthen the management of laboratory and improve the level of laboratory management. The university laboratory management in our country always attaches importance to the system construction, and scientific management. With the development of social economy, the importance of culture is becoming more and more prominent, rigid scientific management has not adapt to the requirements of the modern era for the management. Culture as the leading factor, combining scientific management and culture, is forming a new management pattern, i. e. , cultural management. Culture management is a kind of flexible management. It is based on culture and human, members of the organization through the establishment of a common recognition of the value outlook and moral norms, to form a good working atmosphere, inspire; the staffs initiative and creativity. Its ultimate goal is to realize the value of every member and the organization.
