The instrumental analysis experiment is a compulsory course for students of applied chemistry, pharmacy, and food science. Based on the practice and exploration in instrument analysis experimental teaching, this paper introduced the formation of the " trinity " training mode with the basic experimental teaching as the core, the open experiments as expanding, and the production practice as the extension. Two platforms were constructed which included the teaching network and the cooperative practice-teaching. The new instrumental analysis experimental teaching system had been built with the characteristic of union management, module tuition, and extension practice. Teaching practice has proved that this experimental teaching model is more helpful not only in cultivating students ' comprehensive practice ability, innovation consciousness, and team cooperation spirit, but also in inspiring students ' interest in learning and arousing their enthusiasm for scientific research. The paper considers to construct an experimental teaching team in the course of medical functional science to cultivate medical talents. According to the goal of training medical talents in colleges, based on the syllabus, the experimental teaching content and methods in different subjects, by breaking the boundaries in these courses, redesigning experiment contents which were relatively independent of the curriculum system, and integrating the experimental resources, we established a teaching team that can adapt to high professional medical experiment teaching in the 21st century. Through the construction of experimental teaching team, on the one hand, the value of the lab in college as an important place for the student to consolidate their foundation, broad their knowledge, upgrade their ability and enhance their quality had been effectively practiced. On the other hand, the goals of experimental teaching not only to instruct medical students with knowledge and skills, cultivate their problem-analyzing, problem-solving and manipulative abilities, but also to affect their view of the world, way of thinking and academic style, had been achieved. The paper introduces the experimental educational idea of Physics Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center which is based on cultivating students' practical ability and innovation ability, in the practical process of establishing a national experimental teaching demonstration center. We designed a series of experimental teaching policy and constructed the hierarchical experimental teaching system with the feature of "fundamentally, comprehensiveness, construction and innovative research" and effectively implemented the bilingual experiment teaching. This paper presents a software-based simulation PLC laboratory building programs which can be applied to the PLC configuration software experimental system through putting a small amount of money to solve the above problem effectively. In order to caary out the management of laboratory opening beter and use resources more efficient, combined withthe analyses of the historical data of lab daily number of people on the machine, we put forward to build the seasonal SARIMA model which is to forecast the number of people in labs a day. This paper introduces in detail the theoretical basis and the build process of the seasonal SARIMA model. The results show that the application of seasonal SARIMA model in the management of o laboratory is good for afrangfmfnts for staaf more reasonable, and enhances quantity of lab opening. The system greatly improves the efficiency of personnel management and resource utilization. In the past decade, coordination polymer as an interdisciplinary field has expanded rapidly and aUracted much interest of chemistry and materials. However, to the best of our knowledge, the coordination polymer is not involved in the inorganic chemistry experimental teaching up to now. Herein, on the base of our research, we introduce a synthetic experimental teaching of the synthesis and characterizations of the [Cu2I(DETRZ)]n coordination polymer constructed from 3,5-diethy-1,2,4-triazole ligand and [Cu4I4] cubane-like cluster. The foUowing experimental processes are included in this experiment : the synthesis and separation of triazole ligand, the solvothermal synthesis of coordination polymer, the single-crystal data coHection and solution, the crystal structure description, the powder X-ray diffraction, the infrared spectra analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, and so on. The coordination polymer experiment presented in this paper is simple and reliable, which combines the inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry and crystaHography, and effectively helps the undergraduates to learn the frontier of inorganic chemistry and coordination chemistry. The conventional KLa testing experiiment is time-consuming and carried out by manual calculation the graphic work. In this article, a computer data acquisition method was proposed to record the disolved oxygen concentration automatically, then calculate the KLa value by non-linear curve fitting technique. Compared to the traditional method, the computer data acquisition can avoid the error caused from human operation and holds a fast measurement. This paper described the surgical teaching laboratory construction in Nanjing Medical University, in accordance with the requirements of the national experimental teaching demonstration center. This lab reform focuses on surgery practice from the experimental teaching ideas, teaching system, teaching team, laboratory equipment, environment and lab operation, management mechanism and so on. We innovate practice teaching idea and establish the experimental teaching demonstration center of Jiangsu Province. We design experiment teaching contents, manufacture simple teaching equipments and increase improving and innovating experiments in order to build a surgical practice teaching style. We strengthen the construction of experiment teaching team and make it stable to improve the teachers initiative and creativity. We strengthen the education of laboratory principles and set up advanced management mode to ensure the safety of laboratories and to make sure that the laboratory run well. Our struggle has obtained the remarkable effect in basic experiment teaching, it cultivates medical students with clinical skills, clinical thinking ability, communication ability and innovative ability. The paper is about implement tlie " Outstanding Program" for grasper, innovate college-enterprise cooperation base mechanism.
