This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of online opening excellent experiment course in our country, such as few of open videos of the experimental training class, single mode, lack of systematicness and diversity of course types, and difficulty in construction, etc. In this paper, the construction of high-quality video open course of "biochemistry experiment" was treated as an example in order to elaborate the strategies of building the experiment course. It is necessary to arouse teachers' enthusiasm. The course of digital electronic technology has a relaxed knowledge construction, and has the characteristics of " complicated learning task ". In order to cultivate high-quality talents with solid theoretical foundation, skilled practical operation and strong post adaptability, virtual simulation experiment of LNG receiving terminal is introduced in experimental teaching. The Aspen HYSYS is used to carry out the dynamic simulation of LNG receiving terminal process. This paper analyzes the requirement and the experimental teaching conditions of the computer hardware courses.
