Abstract

In this paper, the laboratory of Chongqing University is analyzed, including its efficiency, laboratory equipment management status. The result is not satisfactory, such as low efficiency, poor communication. This situation cannot support to train students’ innovation consciousness and innovation ability. In order to solve those problems, the lab center is built and an open laboratory management system is constructed. This can efficiently introduce modern management methods to experiment teaching process, including teacher, students, lab and instruments. It can combine experiment teaching, teacher, labs, equipment, examine preview, innovation experiments, evaluation into one system.The system can maximize the integration of existing experimental teaching resources, optimize the laboratory management and increase the innovation and practical ability of students. Abstract

The paper dealt with many problems existed in construction and management of university laboratories at present. A new mode by using philosophical thinking was proposed to improve the level of university laboratories construction and management. The new patern guided university laboratories from laboratory guiding ideology, development thought, laboratory funds management, laboratory evaluation, laboratory management, talent training and so on. The practice showed that the proposed pattern could effectively solve the laboratory construction and management problems encountered and improved the level of university laboratories construction and management, serviced to teaching and scientific research of universities beter and promoted state scientific and technological progress.
