The present situation of university laboratory has very problems. The modern information management platform has the features of informationization, automation, less paper even without paper, etc. Universities apply modern information technology to build laboratory information management system. The system investigates the laboratory resource utilization patterns, methods, implementation of the foundation, and completes comparative analysis. The experiment construction information management platform is divided into the overall construction and stage construction. They effectively play positive roles in management of the laboratory, use of laboratory resources, and also are used as a platform for teaching and research, the development of the subject service. According to the construction and management of laboratories in medical colleges, the laboratory information management of data base is correspondiingly weak. This paper puts forward the "point to surface" system construction method, and suggests to establish professional and subject subsystems in the second level schools. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
