Based on the changes of teaching contents of advanced chemistry experiment in Nanjing University in recent years, this paper elaborates the characteristics of the teaching contents of this curriculum, the transformation of the teaching model and teaching management. In the process of advanced chemistry experiment teaching, according to the modern curriculum construction idea of " attaching importance to the foundation, tending to the scientific frontier, reflecting the modern and comprehensive crossing", we focus on the connotation construction of teaching contents, and strive to cultivate the students' academic and professional ability, multi-disciplinary interdisciplinary practice ability and employment and entrepreneurship ability by improving the comprehensiveness of experiments, highlighting the frontier of experiments, and strengthening the interdisciplinary and practical application of experiments. These may promote the cultivation of diversified talents. Through the heuristic research teaching, we try to promote the integration of experimental teaching and scientific research, and make students gradually have the ability to carry out scientific research activities independently. By giving full play to the advantages and potentials of the Internet, we attempt to achieve individualized training, improve students ' independent learning ability and expand students ' scope of knowledge.
