I would like to comment on those suggestions During the UK-India Telemedicine Project, junior doctors managed the patinets in some satellite Covid-19 centres as their workforce capacity was stretched to the limit by an influx of many patients. These junior doctors presented cases (by maintaining patient confidentiality) to a panel of UK Consultants in a virtual ward round.
