Abstract
The article reports on booksellers switching from paper to electronic catalogues. Carole Horne, general manager of Harvard Book Store in Cambridge, Massachusetts, says that electronic catalogues save publishers on printing and mailing costs. HarperCollins Publishers LLC first took the plunge in 2009 to go all digital.
