This piece of writing is an attempt for analysis of PE/VC market in the indicated group of countries from Central-Eastern part of Europe. It determines the market share in PE/VC European market, dynamics of the PE/VC market development, share in GDP, the geographical structure of the capital sources and industry depending structure. It shows the current situation of this sector in the countries perceived as less-developed, however, well handling in the crisis times.
