Urban planning and building is a very important task for the Department for communal arrangement in the Local Municipality. Many of these sectors possess transactional information system where the data of all one-stop-shop systems in the local Municipalities systems are saved. This data is an excellent base for Data Warehouse creation which is necessary for support of Decision making processes for managers and analytical staff of government institution that make decisions. The information visualization is very important for the decision making process. Also, it is a very attractive method for comparing the results of different methods of predictive analysis. In this paper, we use information visualization for the decision making in marketing predictions - part for sale plan prediction. This prediction is made with objective methods for sale prediction and with the use of application software tool (see [4] part 8). The aim of this work is to give a visual representation of the results and give an opportunity to managers to choose one of the suggested objective methods for sale prediction. Depending on the manager's decision which statistical method is more convenient for specified market conditions, all parts of the Business plan are recalculated. For this purpose, we used MS Excel tools with formulas and charts, which are the most desirable user friendly tools for managers. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
