Extended reality (XR) enables both new opportunities but also introduces new barriers for inclusion in society. Furthermore, XR is less researched than web, desktop and mobile applications. This position paper presents the concept of an XR platform for inclusion, with the purpose to make people on the autism spectrum and with other disabilities, more independent of help from others in everyday life situations. Based on previous research, our position is that, through current and future XR technologies combined with civic and artificial intelligence, it is possible to create individually personalised support for this purpose, grounded in practice to ensure validation. Abstract: Image acquisition has great influence on the performance of any computer vision application. Different methods can be utilized to acquire the digital image of a paper, whilst scanning scheme is among the most attractive methods. This attractiveness is because of the fewer types of potential deformations and the low cost of the scanning devices, e.g. flatbed scanners. However, paper is commonly placed imperfectly on the scanner. This slight rotation is not usually based on a pivot around the paper''s geometrical center (the well known regular rotation) but instead it is based on a pivot placed at the corner of the paper. Thus, the result is a digital image that is deformed with an “irregular rotation”. The characteristic of this deformation phenomenon is currently unknown to computer vision scientists. In this paper we provide an extensive investigation of this deformation. In addition, a new set of equations that sway and measure the transformation is proposed. Our investigation leads to the conclusion that the “irregular rotation” phenomenon produces a shear transformation. Furthermore, the experimental results confirm the theoretical findings. In today's rapidly developing chemical industry, safety production and equipment management have become the primary tasks of enterprises. However, the complexity and unpredictability of chemical equipment make safety management(SM) face many challenges and difficulties. Therefore, the demand for chemical enterprises to apply computer information(CI) technology to improve the level of equipment SM has become increasingly prominent. Based on the investigation of a chemical enterprise, this paper verifies that the application of new technologies such as artificial intelligence and Internet of Things can effectively improve the level of equipment SM. In the past five years, the number of safety accidents in equipment management in chemical enterprises has decreased year by year, and the accuracy of fault prediction has increased from 60% to 80%, which shows that the application of new technology can effectively improve the safety performance and operation efficiency of equipment, and at the same time improve the economic benefits of enterprises. With the rise of ChatGPT, the anthropomorphic dialogue form of chatbots is sought after and relied on by a large number of users. Compared with traditional social real objects, chatbots are more controllable in social relationships. At the same time, compared with traditional real social objects, chatbots may show better emotional identification with objects. The structural equation modeling is a path analysis method based on the factor analysis and linear regression, which can be used to analyze the path relationship between intricate variables. Based on the structural equation modeling, this paper analyzes the potential pathways for artificial intelligence chatbots to induce the user's emotional dependence. The results show that the "sense of identification" and "sense of control" will cause people to have emotional dependence on the artificial intelligence chatbots, with p < 0.05. However, the psychological distance plays a regulating role in the identification-emotional dependence and the sense of control-emotional dependence, respectively. With the rapid development of science and technology, artificial intelligence technology benefits the field of marketing. Based on artificial intelligence technology, media communication marketing has enriched marketing means and adopted virtual endorsers for marketing publicity. From the perspective of virtual endorsers interaction, this paper studies the impact of virtual endorsers interaction on consumers' brand attitude, conducts empirical analysis through situational experiments and explores the internal mechanism, and finds that: (1) Product involvement moderates the impact of "whether virtual endorsers interact with people" on consumers' brand attitudes. For products with high involvement, virtual endorsers have a significant positive impact on consumer brand attitudes when interacting with people. For low-involvement products, "whether virtual endorsers interact with people" has no significant impact on consumers' brand attitudes; (2) Self-identity plays a mediating role in this regulation. The paper addresses the topic of radar echo temporal extrapolation which is of major interest in both operational and research meteorology. Weather radar measurements are an important data source used by operational meteorologists for weather analysis, radar refectivity having a significant influence on short-term heavy rainfall prediction. Thus, extrapolating radar products' values is important for early storm evolution assessment. The paper proposes SepConv-ens approach for temporal extrapolation of radar observations using an ensemble of three separable convolution-based deep learning models. Experiments performed on real radar data from the Romanian National Meteorological Administration (NMA) highlight a good performance of SepConv-ens in predicting radar data up to more than 40 minutes ahead and a good correlation between the radar measurements and the predictions in terms of spatial and intensity evolution of the radar echoes. SepConv-ens is integrated in the operational visualization software utilized by the Romanian NMA and is the first attempt, at the national level, to offer an artificial intelligence-based automated assistance for operational meteorologists. However, due to the increase in population, some human activities have been causing detrimental damage to the air quality. Some people have realized the potential impact of this problem and have done studies on predicting future air pollution. Some implemented machine learning models such as random forest regression, support vector machine, etc, while others have utilized deep learning models in their research.. This study will implement five different models, specifically linear regression, ridge regression, random forest regression, and multilayer perceptron regression. There will be two datasets used in this paper which will be merged and processed. There will be three key evaluation metrics being used in this paper namely root mean squared error, mean absolute error, and r-squared. Skin diseases are growing all over the world. Many times, these diseases are malignant too. Detection of the type of skin disease is highly critical for designing the best treatment procedure. In this paper, we proposed a computer aided diagnosis (CAD) approach to identify the type of skin disease. Our research paper introduces an important improvement in dermatological diagnostics by introducing artificial intelligence technology known as Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). In our approach, we have utilized a convolutional neural network-based model. We have used a swin transformer to detect the type of skin disease in ISIC 2019 data set. We have analyzed how this technology pushes the traditional methods to accurately analyze skin lesions and identifying complex patterns that may have been overlooked. With the proposed approach, the accuracy of detecting skin lesion type can be achieved up to 73%. We also address ethical concerns and envision a future where AI integrates into dermatological practice. In order to achieve intelligent recognition and auxiliary scoring of subjective questions in paper-based exams, as well as timely detection of various abnormal test papers, assist manual grading and quality inspection, and improve the quality of grading, the application of artificial intelligence in education exam evaluation has been studied. The author focuses on the technological progress of artificial intelligence in educational exam evaluation, introduces the application results of artificial intelligence technology in assisting artificial intelligence in exam marking, and explains the effectiveness of using intelligent assisted scoring in various exam questions such as fill in the blank and essay. The experimental results showed that, compared with manual grading, the human-machine consistency rate for identifying multiple gaps in blank filling questions exceeded 94%, and the human-machine consistency rate calculated based on small questions also exceeded 97%. This result indicates that the machine evaluation results can serve as an auxiliary means for quality inspection and grading, and their effectiveness is reliable. In addition, in terms of subjective question evaluation, there is a high correlation between machine evaluation results and manually rated final report scores, both of which are greater than 0.7. The results indicate that their scores can be regarded as third-party manual scoring, which can be used for scoring quality checks and other aspects, playing a good role in improving scoring effectiveness. The use of digital technologies in managing bowel conditions has been a topic of interest among healthcare practitioners. The objectives of this paper were to provide information about the types of digital technologies that have been used for bowel management and the context of the studies; identify the gaps and challenges in digital technologies for bowel management and propose new methods and techniques for the application of digital technologies in bowel management. A scoping review was conducted following the principles of Preferred Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR). A search was conducted on six academic databases. 1891 papers were retrieved from the initial search; however, 6 papers were included based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The findings suggest that published work focused mainly on a research context and with a narrow focus targeting sub-categories of bowel conditions and not implemented in the context of everyday use. The findings also illustrate the variety of early-stage developments focused on increasing support for severe bowel dysfunction, for example, through biofeedback to aid muscle control training, or the placement of artificial anal sphincters to increase rectal perception. However, technology to support bowel management for broader populations with less severe or variable symptoms appears limited. The purpose of this paper is to develop a better understanding about the benefits that can be realized after implementing voice-based chatbot technologies in banks. Furthermore, this paper aims to investigate the challenges faced by organizations when implementing such technologies. This study followed a qualitative approach where semi-structured interviews were conducted with experts from mid to senior managerial levels working in a leading bank operating in Jordan and had implemented the voice-based chatbot technology. Implementing voice-based chatbot technology for the first time in a Jordanian bank has positively impacted the growth of the bank, increased customers satisfaction, and added a competitive advantage value to the bank. Currently, the public security sector is faced with an increasing administrative burden that limits the ability of police officers to focus on core security tasks. This paper focuses on the possibility of using large-scale language models (LSMs) as an innovative tool to address this challenge. Based on a careful literature review and analysis of current trends in artificial intelligence, the author team develops a concept for integrating GPTs into police practice, with an emphasis on the potential for reducing administrative burden and supporting efficient processing of relevant information. As part of this research, we have identified key areas of policing where AI could bring significant value, including data analysis and document production assistance. However, it should be emphasized that this technology is still in its early stages of development and its implementation would require a carefully considered approach involving interdisciplinary collaboration and further research to test the theoretical assumptions presented in this study. Furthermore, the paper highlights the importance of creating intuitive and engaging UI designs that empower users to interact with AI-driven features effortlessly. The study presents a comprehensive analysis of various UI design techniques specifically tailored for AI-enabled web applications user interfaces. Additionally, the paper explores the incorporation of AI-driven recommendation systems, personalized interfaces, and adaptive designs, which dynamically adapt to users' preferences and behavior. This study presents a comprehensive analysis of cutting-edge AI-based methods for the identification of Parkinson's disease. This paper encompasses extensive testing on substantial datasets containing both PD patients and healthy individuals, aiming to assess the efficacy of AI models. Performance metrics such as sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, and the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC-ROC) are employed to evaluate model performance rigorously. This paper is not only reviewing the state-of-the-art AI techniques for Parkinson's disease identification but also introduces novel contributions in the field. The rapid advancement of robotics and artificial intelligence paves the way for collaborative robotics to revolutionise industrial operations. Collaborative robotics can bring significant improvements in productivity, efficiency, and safety. Recently, the concept of Symbiotic Human-Robot Collaboration (SHRC) has emerged within the field of collaborative robotics, emphasising the seamless and adaptive integration of human and robotic capabilities within a shared workspace to optimise overall production performance. However, existing collaborative systems frequently face difficulties in establishing dynamic relationships with humans and adapting to evolving conditions, ultimately restricting their overall potential. This paper investigates the essential features required for collaborative workstations to enable SHRC. Moreover, with the aim of fully harnessing the power of collaborative robotics, the paper introduces a design methodology that supports the development of symbiotic workstations for specific assembly operations. An increasing number of manufacturing companies have initiated designing and implementing AI systems in manufacturing, however, with limited success. Within our overarching research objective of establishing a methodology for the development of AI systems in manufacturing with socio-technical system consideration, this paper focuses on the early design phase of the development life cycle and aims to identify factors that are essential in the phase but whose importance has been less addressed in the manufacturing literature. To this aim, a case study was conducted adopting a design science approach. The case company was developing an ML-based anomaly detection system for a casting process. The researcher organised an AI system design workshop where participants from the company used the Human-AI design guidelines created by a leading large software company. The workshop enabled the participants to explore a wide range of design concerns. It, however, caused the confusing experience that they had to deal with too many questions simultaneously without clear guidance. Analysing this negative experience has led to identifying four design issues requiring further attention in the research. An example of these issues is that the interdependency of design decisions on operational procedures, human-machine interfaces, ML models, pre-processing, and input data makes it challenging to design these elements in isolation. The study found that a structured approach to dealing with the identified issues was currently lacking. To satisfy the rising demand for higher product quality and giga-casting requirements, the casting process is undergoing significant changes. However, current control methods rely significantly on human expertise and experience, making process availability and stability difficult to ensure. The semisolid casting process is more complicated than conventional liquid casting due to the additional casting parameters incorporated during the slurry preparation, which can have an effect on the quality of the final product. Therefore, an efficient tool is required to simplify the complete process of semisolid casting. The introduction of an AI system to aid in the supervision of the casting manufacturing procedure is one potential solution. This paper introduces a new casting system named "Smart-Cast" developed for this specific purpose. The paper describes the functions of the system and its current development process. Using an AI system as an assistant can help to achieve the goal of enhancing the efficacy of casting process control, and it can also help foundries step into the Industry 4.0 era. The human-centered view emphasizes various aspects including usability, acceptance, and understandability, as they emerge in the interaction between humans and intelligent systems. For intelligent assistance systems to provide long-term added value in working environments, it is of major importance to develop a positive user experience. However, a positive user experience does not appear by itself but must be systematically investigated and designed. In this paper, we focus on the role of operator 5.0 in manufacturing and provide an overview of the main challenges and potentials related to working with intelligent systems. Drawing upon state-of-the-art literature and findings from industry (context and expert interviews and user experience workshops), this paper investigates the main discontinuous production processes (i.e., process monitoring, process optimization, process maintenance) that will undergo a series of changes due to integration of cutting-edge technologies (such as Digital Twins, Extended Reality, and Artificial Intelligence). It then identifies requirements and discusses key challenges for the realization of human-centered assistance systems. In recent years, social networks have changed the way people communicate, while the dissemination and obtaining of information has become fast and convenient. However, it is a double-edged sword, providing both a breeding ground for disinformation and a medium for its rapid dissemination. Meanwhile, falsehoods are proliferating and becoming a global risk, and deepfake technology makes it harder to discern. Therefore, this paper proposed a large language model-based algorithm to detect disinformation with generated videos and photos, which enhances the ability to discriminate fake news by implanting alignment and task specific instructions on the Llama model. Eventually, the result indicated that the proposed method has the potential to achieve superior performance and aligned with people's judgment of things. Furthermore, the paper delves into practical discussions concerning fine-tuning the model within the constraints of limited computational power, highlighting the challenges and potential solutions in optimizing the algorithm for applications. Due process can be understood as a norm of fundamental law and a positive provision intended to preserve legal certainty; it can also be seen as a jurisdictional institution aimed at configuring procedural guarantees within a judicial action. But its relationship with artificial intelligence takes on a special meaning in the modern constitutional states, in the guarantee constitutions, and in the so-called constitutions of principles, all of these of great influence and gestation in the Euro-pean constitutionalism of the second post-war period, and which have poured their reception in Latin American legal systems and therefore in its fundamental normative bodies. In this paper we will precisely develop the hermeneutic-procedural impact on the administration of justice, of the relationship and connection between due process and artificial intelligence, a topic that will be addressed in the key of theory and philosophy of law. In particular, we will respond specifically to three points of our presentation: (i). What is artificial intelligence ap-plied to law?
