This paper aims to present a human resources management model that is adapted to the BPO organizations needs. A qualitative perspective is used as a methodology in the research process. Interviews and documents analysis is made to collect information related to the needs of BPO organizations. The main result is a model that allows identifying the inputs, processes and outputs that the human resources management department should have to generate in order to generate pertinent and timely strategies and activities for this type of organization. This model allows understanding the dynamics and characteristics of human resources management processes in organizations whose objectives and strategies are different from traditional organizations, while identifying those processes that are most relevant to the scope of those purposes. The purpose of this paper is to analyze how intellectual capital influences organizational performance of private basic education establishments in southern Sonora, Mexico. This research was carried out under a quantitative methodology with a correlational scope. The construction of a solid theoretical framework allowed a questionnaire to be applied to 81 managers of basic education centers in private sector. To quantify the relationship between the variables, we used the multiple linear regression technique, where 60.5% of the variability in organizational performance is explained by the intellectual capital. The paper comparatively analyzes syndromes Not-Invented-Here (NIH) and Not-Shared-Here (NSH) and their relationship with innovation performance (DI) and innovation capacities (CI) in business services and trade. In a cluster analysis methodology identified two groups of companies with similar characteristics: Innovative and Upset; an analysis of variance (ANOVA) was also performed to establish meaningful differences in means. As for results, the groups differed in the DI, NIH, NSH variables and only in the CI, construct customer orientation; although, the most important finding indicates that differences in NSH are more significant than in NIH, probably because of the lag in the development of IC Technology Focus. The aim of this paper is to construct an explanatory model of the relationship between the conditions of knowledge management and innovation capability and its effect on firm performance. All this, from the combination of both internal conditions (strategic purpose, decision making, information and communication technologies and behavioural environment) and external conditions (competitive environment), which guide the process of development and renewal of new capabilities that involve knowledge acquisition, appropriation and the generation of results. It discusses the concept of innovation capability and proposes a model that integrates the necessary conditions for the evolution of knowledge within the firm and its influence on innovation capability.
