Pemphigus syphiliticus is a pathognomonic but rare manifestation of early congenital syphilis characterized by acral-predominant fluid-filled bullae.[[5]] The bullae are fragile and prone to denudation, and thus, erosions and desquamation may be present rather than intact bullae. The cutaneous manifestations were condyloma lata (Figure 1) and pemphigus syphiliticus (Figure 2), a rare bullous manifestation of congenital syphilis. [Extracted from the article]
