Abstract

The article focuses on brochures that were published between 1767 and 1840 to present about specific legal decisions in Quebec. It notes that the brochures included pleadings and transciption of testimony presented at the hearings. It states that the purpose of publishing the said brochures was more political wherein prosecutions were aimed to be demonstrated.
