We review recent searches for lepton flavor violation in decays based on of data collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy collider. No evidence for these decays is observed and we set 90% confidence level upper limits on the branching fractions at the level. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]

We have searched for decays that violate both lepton and baryon number using data collected by the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric collider. No signals are found in , , , and and we set upper limits on the branching fractions of , , , and at the 90% confidence level. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]

Making full use of a high-statistical data sample of τ decays recorded in the KEKB-Belle experiment, we have largely improved the precision of the branching fraction , and measured the mass and width of meson to be and , respectively, with better or similar accuracy of the PDG world average values. We have measured branching fractions of hadronic τ-decays involving an η meson, using 490 fb−1 of data collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy collider: , , , , and . Thoese results are compared with theoretical calculations based on the CVC hypothesis or the VDM model. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]

Based on a high-statistical data sample of τ-pairs, accumulated with the Belle detector at the KEKB collider, we have carried out precise measurements of and of the basic parameters of the neutral meson as and . The branching fractions of several τ decays involving η meson(s) () is also obtained with much better accuracies than from previous measurements, by carefully scrutinizing background (BG) contaminations.
