The article examines the efforts of the Harvard Business School's administration to improve gender relations among students graduating in the class of 2013. Details are provided on how Harvard University President Drew Gilpin Faust appointed Nitin Nohria as dean of the business school and created a standard of interaction among both male and female professors and students. Additional information is provided on the gender gap in the student body as well as the salary gap between genders.
