The article discusses an array comparative genomic hybridization testing in blood samples obtained from 15 infertile men with azoospermia. Study highlights include mutation screening through direct Sanger sequencing of the testis-expressed 11 (TEX11) gene open reading frame in blood and semen samples, isolation of genomic deoxyribonucleic acid, and assessment of TEX11 expression in testicular tissue.
