Human Papilloma Virus is a health problem for paying attention to. This is due to the consequences it can bring to infected peoples and the society. Thus, it is a privilege to have the vaccine that prevents children to get such disease. Particularly we propose in this paper to carry out a study of the approval level of the Human Papilloma Virus vaccine in the fiscal school "Bolívar" sited in Tulcán city, Ecuador. To achieve greater accuracy in this study it is applied the method of 2-tuples linguistic neutrosophic model, which is part of the Computing with Words. This tool allows obtaining results from the evaluation of the satisfaction of the respondents by means of linguistic terms, which is the most natural way of evaluation compared with the numerical one. There is also a numeric element that measures the accuracy of the result. The incorporation of neutrosophy allows the explicit inclusion of indeterminacy within what is evaluated, that results in a greater accuracy in the model with respect to the 2-tuples linguistic fuzzy method.

Nursing education and training in Ecuador presents a complex and multifaceted situation, marked by ambiguities, inconsistencies, and contradictions in pedagogical and curricular approaches. In this context, the general objective of this neutrosophic analysis was to identify and understand these ambiguities, inconsistencies, and contradictions, while seeking solutions and improvements from a neutrosophic perspective. The results of this research revealed that the variable "relevance of curricular updating" is fundamental and that factors such as updating, relevance, implementation, and continuous evaluation interact in a complex way. Neutrosophic statistics provided precise data on their relative influence. In summary, it is concluded that addressing ambiguities and contradictions in nursing education and training in Ecuador requires continuous evaluation, collaboration between institutions, curricular flexibility, and feedback from multiple stakeholders. This neutrosophic approach is essential to make informed decisions and improve the quality of nursing education in the country.

The health system in any country becomes a Strength based on the level of preparation that its professionals possess and with it their performance in the work. One of the important professionals in this sector is the nursing staff. In the teaching of nursing professionals in universities, the Nursing Care Process is the method of main application and link of all the components required for good professional behavior. The correct fulfillment of its stages, phases, and components achieves the required attention to each patient, the accurate diagnosis of the medical team, and the subsequent proper procedure. In this investigation, the potentialities that Neutrosophic Science possesses are exploited, which with its significant advances, facilitates the determination to a greater degree of the existing problems. A study of the Nursing Care Process in the teaching of Nursing in Ecuador is carried out, in which the criteria of experts in the university training and specialty are taken, as well as students of five selected groups from different regions of the country.
