The article discusses the case of a 44-year-old woman with change in behavior, hypologia, emotional liability and a bad temper. Magnetic resonance imaging showed a large pericallosa lipoma and severe dysgenesis of the corpus callosum. The diagnosis of a lipoma was confirmed by pathologic examination. The clinical characteristics of intracranial lipomas are described.
