Abstract

The article presents the description of Harald Ade and colleagues of a resonant scattering of polarized soft X-rays (P-SoXS) X-ray scattering technique that has the potential to remedy the performance of organic electronic materials. It says that Ade and colleagues demonstrates P-SoXS utility for three organic systems such as polycrystalline films and polymer dielectric. It adds that the P-SoXS uses a polarized X-ray beam passing through a thin sample.
