Information on LeAnne Howe, a writer and teacher who was born in Edmond, Oklahoma in 1951, is presented. Howe is a Choctaw Indian, whose writings were based on various aspects of modern America, forging relations in moments of cultural division. Howe has published two books, "Coyote Papers," and "A Stand Up Reader."
