The article reports on the side-effects of being a workaholic on one's health as well as social life, and ways to avoid the side-effects. It is stated that, the fact that one can function with a daily sleep of 5 hours doesn't mean it is good, as one's body needs 7 to 8 hours of sleep. It is stated, that one should focus on one's bedtime routine, and also regular sex which aids sleepiness. As stated, social isolation contributes to depression in workaholics, so they should make new friends.
