In the presented observation, a female patient with diagnosis of nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma (advanced stages) received R-ABVD regimen therapy. Return of clinical symptoms observed at the onset of the disease, as well as renewed growth of the lymph nodes after 4th therapy cycle showed refractory disease. Considering the results of earlier studies, generally showing high effectiveness of primary treatment of patients with nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma, reevaluation of immunomorphological type of lymphoproliferative disease was performed. After change of diagnosis to grade 3A follicular lymphoma, therapy was changed to obinutuzumab in combination with bendamustine leading to fast positive antitumor effect.

During long-term autoimmune processes, most commonly in patients with Sjogren’s disease (SD), lymphoproliferative disorders (LPD) can develop. The risk of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma (MALT lymphoma) with involvement of parotid salivary glands is increased 1,000-fold compared to other immunomorphological variants. Some studies show that the main factors predisposing patients with SD to LPD are long-term enlargement of parotid salivary glands, generalized lymphadenopathy, cryoglobulinemic purpura. Application of an integrative approach to LDP diagnosis in patients with SD, identification of high-risk group for this malignant neoplasm promote its early detection.A clinical observation of a female patients with long-term SD which was diagnosed along with MALT lymphoma using an integrative approach to diagnosis of both diseases is presented.

Chronic pain syndrome developing in patients with oncological diseases significantly decreases their quality of life which makes effective integrative analgetic therapy a pressing issue. Currently, drugs of various pharmaceutical groups are used for pain management and administered subsequentially in accordance with the pain intensity visual analogue scale. For moderate and severe pain syndrome, opioid analgesics are used which have side effects limiting their use in some cases. Trials showed that new highly specific μ1-opioid receptor agonist tafalgin is characterized by high bioavailability, fast absorption, biotransformation, absence of accumulation which makes its safety profile favorable. Pronounced analgesic effect of tafalgin, as well as ease of administration and absence of significant adverse events, allow to significantly improve the quality of life of patients with chronic pain syndrome.

Use of microinfusion elastomeric pumps for extended administration of antitumor drugs improves patients’ quality of life during prolonged cyclic treatment because of the absence of venous complications and infusion allergic reactions during administration of cytostatic agents and targeted drugs.

Follicular lymphoma (FL) is the most common indolent form of lymphoma and characterized by recurrent course and heterogenous clinical signs. Selection of treatment program for patients with newly diagnosed or recurrent FL is based primarily on the size of the tumor. While use of rituximab-containing regimens led to increased progression-free survival, in some cases tumors are refractory to rituximab. Understanding of molecular mechanisms of FL pathogenesis and action of anti-CD20 monoclonal antibodies allowed to develop new drugs with several advantages compared to rituximab. According to the data of large randomized trials, use of glycoengineered monoclonal anti-CD20 type II antibody obinutuzumab in combination with chemotherapy in patients with FL has manageable toxicity profile and longer progression-free survival and event-free survival compared to use of rituximab.

The incidence of Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) relapses is 8-30 % and depend on disease stage, presence of unfavorable prognostic factors and treatment programme. Modern second-line treatment programmes are based on gemcitabine and carboplatin with following autologous stem cell transplantation and can reach many-year overall survival in 70 % of patients. For increasing treatment efficacy of relapsed HL monoclonal antibodies (brentuximab vedotin) and checkpoint inhibitors (nivolumab) are supplemented. Nowadays it makes an assessment of immunochemotherapy efficacy in patients with relapsed HL, determines long-term effects of treatment. Nevertheless, preliminary results allow to find a significant therapeutic advantages of immunochemotherapy with following autologous stem cell transplantation above standard polychemotherapy.

Background. Quality of life (QL) is no less important question in modern oncohematology than longstanding survival rate and convalescence. Pediatric patients with lymphomas have high chances for recovery, that’s why it is important to provide a good QL during and after end of anti-cancer treatment. In Russia aspects of QL are not give up in pediatric oncohematology and used questionnaires are translated and poor adopted for our country.The study objective is to evaluate parameters of QL in pediatric patients with lymphomas and their parents during anti-cancer treatment and to assign abilities for improvement of QL.Materials and methods. From January 2018 to January 2020 fifty primary pediatric patients with lymphomas and fifty their parents were enrolled the study. All the patients were treated in the Chemotherapy Hemoblastoses Department No. 1 of Pediatric Oncology and Hematology Research Institute of N.N. Blokhin National Medical Research Center of Oncology of the Ministry of Health of Russia. The analysis of QL parameters was performed by Scale “Life satisfaction” of E. Diener, psycho-emotional tension was assessed by questionnaire “Your filling healthy” (for parents), mental activity, motivation, emotional tonus, psychic tension and comfort were analyzed by L.A. Kurgansky and T.A. Nemchin method.Results. 50 % parents and 60 % of children with lymphomas had medium level of life satisfaction. High life satisfaction level was unusual for respondents of pediatric age (0 %) and parents (8 %). During anti-cancer treatment children had low mental activity (60 %), motivation (44 %) and emotional tonus (60 %). It should be noted that psychic tension level in 60 % of children also was low.Conclusion. Anti-cancer treatment, stay in hospital, changed habitual condition favour to decrease QL of patients and their parents, which resulting in low mental activity, embrace of the world around, emotional tonus, not enough life satisfaction. For QL improvement it is necessary to work with psychologists, teachers, social workers, performing of art therapy. A large amount of work should be done with persons closest to child and parents, with whom they will communicate after end of treatment.

Per the majority of authors, melanoma is the most common tumor diagnosed during pregnancy (31 % of all malignant neoplasms). In approximately 1/3 of women melanoma developed in child-bearing age is diagnosed during pregnancy or in the postpartum period. However, only some retrospective studies analyzed the effect of pregnancy on melanoma development, and conclusive data on development, progression and treatment of BRAF-mutant melanoma is lacking. In this subpopulation of patients, BRAF status supposedly can negatively affect disease outcome irrespective of treatment methods.The article presents a clinical case of recurrence of melanoma with the BRAF V600E mutation during pregnancy. The patient underwent lymph node dissection during pregnancy prolongation, after labor she received antitumor drug therapy with МЕК and ВRAF inhibitors. Melanoma recurrence during pregnancy did not worsen treatment outcomes for the mother and embryo.
