In this paper, first, we introduce a path for a convex combination of a pseudocontractive type of mappings with a perturbed mapping and prove strong convergence of the proposed path in a real reflexive Banach space having a weakly continuous duality mapping. Second, we propose two modified implicit iterative methods with a perturbed mapping for a continuous pseudocontractive mapping in the same Banach space. Strong convergence theorems for the proposed iterative methods are established. The results in this paper substantially develop and complement the previous well-known results in this area. In this paper, we are interested in the pseudomonotone variational inequalities and fixed point problem of pseudocontractive operators in Hilbert spaces. An iterative algorithm has been constructed for finding a common solution of the pseudomonotone variational inequalities and fixed point of pseudocontractive operators. We consider the periodic boundary value problem (PBVP) for a semilinear fractional-order delayed functional differential inclusion in a Banach space. We introduce and study a multivalued integral operator whose fixed points coincide with mild solutions of our problem. On that base, we prove the main existence result (Theorem 4). In this paper, we consider the recently introduced C A T p (0) , where the comparison triangles belong to ℓ p , for p ≥ 2 . We first establish an inequality in these nonlinear metric spaces. Then, we use it to prove the existence of fixed points of asymptotically nonexpansive mappings defined in C A T p (0) . Simulation functions were introduced by Khojasteh et al. as a method to extend several classes of fixed point theorems by a simple condition. After that, many researchers have amplified the knowledge of such kind of contractions in several ways. R-functions, (R , S) -contractions and (A , S) -contractions can be considered as approaches in this direction. A common characteristic of the previous kind of contractive maps is the fact that they are defined by a strict inequality. In this manuscript, we show the advantages of replacing such inequality with a weaker one, involving a family of more general auxiliary functions. As a consequence of our study, we show that not only the above-commented contractions are particular cases, but also another classes of contractive maps correspond to this new point of view. In this manuscript, we consider some hybrid contractions that merge linear and nonlinear contractions in the abstract spaces induced by the Branciari distance and the Branciari b-distance. More precisely, we introduce the notion of a (p , c) -weight type ψ -contraction in the setting of Branciari distance spaces and the concept of a (p , c) -weight type contraction in Branciari b-distance spaces. We investigate the existence of a fixed point of such operators in Branciari type distance spaces and illustrate some examples to show that the presented results are genuine in the literature. In this paper, we obtain multifractals (attractors) in the framework of Hausdorff b-metric spaces. Fractals and multifractals are defined to be the fixed points of associated fractal operators, which are known as attractors in the literature of fractals. We extend the results obtained by Chifu et al. (2014) and N.A. Secelean (2015) and generalize the results of Nazir et al. (2016) by using the assumptions imposed by Dung et al. (2017) to the case of ciric type generalized multi-iterated function system (CGMIFS) composed of ciric type generalized multivalued G-contractions defined on multifractal space C (U) in the framework of a Hausdorff b-metric space, where U = U 1 × U 2 × ⋯ × U N , N being a finite natural number. As an application of our study, we derive collage theorem which can be used to construct general fractals and to solve inverse problem in Hausdorff b-metric spaces which are more general spaces than Hausdorff metric spaces. The purpose of this paper is to introduce an iterative algorithm of two sequences which depend on each other by using the intermixed method. Then, we prove a strong convergence theorem for solving fixed-point problems of nonlinear mappings and we treat two variational inequality problems which form an approximate modified generalized system of variational inequalities (MGSV). By using our main theorem, we obtain the additional results involving the split feasibility problem and the constrained convex minimization problem. Recently, George et al. (in Georgea, R.; Radenovicb, S.; Reshmac, K.P.; Shuklad, S. Rectangular b-metric space and contraction principles. J. Nonlinear Sci. Appl. 2015, 8, 1005–1013) furnished the notion of rectangular b-metric pace (RBMS) by taking the place of the binary sum of triangular inequality in the definition of a b-metric space ternary sum and proved some results for Banach and Kannan contractions in such space. In this paper, we achieved fixed-point results for a pair of F-dominated mappings fulfilling a generalized rational F-dominated contractive condition in the better framework of complete rectangular b-metric spaces complete rectangular b-metric spaces. Some new fixed-point results with graphic contractions for a pair of graph-dominated mappings on rectangular b-metric space have been obtained. Some examples are given to illustrate our conclusions. In this paper, using an interpolative approach, we investigate two fixed point theorems in the framework of a b-metric space whose all closed and bounded subsets are compact. In this paper, based on the very recent work by Nandal et al. (Nandal, A.; Chugh, R.; Postolache, M. Iteration process for fixed point problems and zeros of maximal monotone operators. Symmetry2019, 11, 655.), we propose a new generalized viscosity implicit rule for finding a common element of the fixed point sets of a finite family of nonexpansive mappings and the sets of zeros of maximal monotone operators. Utilizing the main result, we first propose and investigate a new general system of generalized equilibrium problems, which includes several equilibrium and variational inequality problems as special cases, and then we derive an implicit iterative method to solve constrained multiple-set split convex feasibility problem. In this paper, we introduce a new class of Bregman generalized α -nonexpansive mappings in terms of the Bregman distance. We establish several weak and strong convergence theorems of the Ishikawa and Noor iterative schemes for Bregman generalized α -nonexpansive mappings in Banach spaces. In this paper, we study the existence of solutions for a new class of fractional q-integro-difference equations involving Riemann-Liouville q-derivatives and a q-integral of different orders, supplemented with boundary conditions containing q-integrals of different orders. In this manuscript, we define generalized Kincses-Totik type contractions within the context of metric space and consider the existence of a fixed point for such operators. Kincses-Totik type contractions extends the renowned Banach contraction mapping principle in different aspects. First, the continuity condition for the considered mapping is not required. Second, the contraction inequality contains all possible geometrical distances. Third, the contraction inequality is formulated for some iteration of the considered operator, instead of the dealing with the given operator. Fourth and last, the iteration number may vary for each point in the domain of the operator for which we look for a fixed point. Consequently, the proved results generalize the acknowledged results in the field, including the well-known theorems of Seghal, Kincses-Totik, and Banach-Caccioppoli. We present fixed points results of multivalued Prešić type k-step iterative mappings satisfying generalized weakly contraction conditions in metric spaces. In this paper, we study those fuzzy metrics M on X, in the George and Veeramani's sense, such that ⋀ t > 0 M (x , y , t) > 0 . The continuous extension M 0 of M to X 2 × 0 , + ∞ is called extended fuzzy metric. We prove that M 0 generates a metrizable topology on X, which can be described in a similar way to a classical metric. M 0 can be used for simplifying or improving questions concerning M; in particular, we expose the interest of this kind of fuzzy metrics to obtain generalizations of fixed point theorems given in fuzzy metric spaces.
