In order to improve the accuracy and performance of traditional image threshold segmentation algorithm, this paper proposes a multithreshold segmentation method named improved Harris hawk optimization (IMHHO). Firstly, IMHHO adopts Tent map and elite opposition-based learning to initialize population and enhance the diversity. Secondly, IMHHO uses quadratic interpolation to generate new individuals and enhance the local search ability. Finally, IMHHO adopts improved Gaussian disturbance method to disturb optimal solution, which coordinates the local and global search ability. Then, the performance of IMHHO is tested based on 14 benchmark functions. In image segmentation, different algorithms are tested to compare the comprehensive performance based on Otsu and Renyi entropy. Experiments show that IMHHO performs better in the three kinds of benchmark functions; the segmentation effect is directly proportional to the number of thresholds; compared with other algorithms, IMHHO has better comprehensive performance. To address automatic detection of pedestrian fall events and provide feedback in emergency situations, this paper proposes an attention-guided real-time and robust method for pedestrian detection in complex scenes. First, the YOLOv3 network is used to effectively detect pedestrians in the videos. Then, an improved DeepSort algorithm is used to track by detection. After tracking, the authors extract effective features from the tracked bounding box, use the output of the last convolutional layer, and introduce the attention weight factor into the tracking module for final fall event prediction. Finally, the authors use the sliding window for storing feature maps and SVM classifier to redetect fall events. The experimental results on the CityPersons dataset, Montreal fall dataset, and self-built dataset indicate that this approach has good performance in complex scenes. Scalar multiplications are considered an essential aspect of implementations of isogeny-based cryptography. The efficiency of scalar multiplication depends on the equation of the underlying elliptic curves and the addition chain employed. Bos and Friedberger recently stated that, for larger scalar multiplication, addition-subtraction chains will become more useful for twisted Edwards curves because of the differential restriction on Montgomery curves in the setting of isogeny-based cryptosystem. Motivated by these comments, we attempt to increase the efficiency of scalar multiplication in twisted Edwards curves in terms of the memory of algorithms. In this paper, we present a double-base addition-subtraction chain algorithm with memory efficiency for scalar multiplication. In order to improve the retrieval efficiency and security of the cloud server, an encrypted cloud data mark and group search method (MGSM) based on singular value decomposition is proposed in this paper. Firstly, all documents are clustered, then indexes and query marks are constructed according to classes, and then documents with low correlation are filtered according to their matching degree. Secondly, the reserved document index vector is expressed as an index matrix, and the singular value decomposition (SVD) algorithm is employed to reduce the dimensionality of the matrix. Then, the corresponding threshold is set to improve the search efficiency while ensuring accuracy. Thirdly, the reduced-dimensional indexes are grouped to reduce the high-dimensional encryption key to multiple low-dimensional keys, further reducing the index encryption time. To a large extent, classical boosting denoising algorithms can improve denoising performance. However, these algorithms can only work well when the denoisers are linear. In this paper, we propose a boosting algorithm that can be used for a nonlinear denoiser. We further implement the proposed algorithm into a shrinkage curve learning denoising algorithm, which is a nonlinear denoiser. Concurrently, the convergence of the proposed algorithm is proved. Experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm is effective and the dependence of the shrinkage curve learning denoising algorithm on training samples has improved. This paper demonstrates an effective method of performing network reconfiguration (NR) and distributed generation placement (DGP) simultaneously called NR-DGP for the multi-goal function of reducing power loss and voltage deviation as well as enhancing load balance and feeder balance with the least number of changing switches. These membership goals are combined by the fuzzy decision-making relied on the max-min technique. The results for the NR and NR-DGP on two test system including of 33 and 84 nodes are gained by the improved moth swarm algorithm (IMSA). Wherein, IMSA is developed based on the original moth swarm algorithm (MSA) with improvement of the exploration mechanism using Lévy distribution. The calculated results show that NR-DGP method has gained the better improvement of the test systems' technical indicators than the NR only. The obtained results also show that IMSA has better performance for the NR and NR-DGP problems than the MSA in term the quality of the obtained optimal solution. In the current situation of university education in China, there are some problems that need to be solved urgently in college Chinese teaching in China, which seriously restrict the realization and implementation of college Chinese teaching objectives. The emergence and development of cloud computing technology can integrate different information media, and through the integration of traditional text, pictures, videos, and other resource media, it can be presented in a clearer and more vivid way. In this paper, a cloud computing resource scheduling model is established for the realization of the platform for the development and utilization of university Chinese cloud computing curriculum resources. The multi-QoS (Quality of Service) objective constraint problem is transformed into a single objective constraint solving problem. The improved GA (genetic algorithm) is used to solve the single objective constraint problem, and the square of the objective function is used as a fitness function, and a better resource allocation strategy is obtained. Experimental results show that the allocation time of the algorithm proposed in this paper is greatly reduced, and the QoS guarantee ability of cloud computing service providers is effectively improved. This article will focus on how to reduce the negative information in the main theme report. Negative information contains subjectivity, deviation, interference, and cancellation characteristics, which will influence the primary theme report's communication effect, interfere with the audience's interpretation of the report, and cancel out the report's positive energy. The original intention of the theme report is to promote social harmony and safeguard social justice, but the appearance of negative information makes the reported effect fail to reach the expected purpose. The concept of theme reports and negative information is defined in this work. This study examines the primary topic report's qualities, such as The Times' mainstream, good content, and strong report. In addition, the form and characteristics of negative information are also described. In this paper, a collaborative filtering recommendation method based on non-neighbor user contributions is suggested, which uses a linear fitting formula to apply the responsibilities of both neighbor and non-neighbor users to the recommendation system. The results show that the accuracy and diversity of our algorithm are better than those of traditional collaborative filtering algorithms. The diversity of several common recommendation algorithms is studied. The findings reveal that the diversity of recommendation algorithms is linked to the sparsity of data as well as the algorithm's suggestion mechanism. In general, the more scarce the data, the higher the recommendation algorithm's variety. At the same time, we also study the diversity of recommendation systems, and the results show that although the overall diversity of the system is gradually decreasing, user behavior is becoming more and more diverse. Multimodal biometrics fusion plays an important role in the field of biometrics. Therefore, this paper presents a multimodal biometrics fusion algorithm using deep reinforcement learning. In order to reduce the influence of user behavior, user's personal characteristics, and environmental light on image data quality, data preprocessing is realized through data transformation and single-mode biometric image region segmentation. A two-dimensional Gobar filter was used to analyze the texture of local sub-blocks, qualitatively describe the similarity between the filter and the sub-blocks and extract the phase information and local amplitude information of multimodal biometrics features. Deep reinforcement learning was used to construct the classifier of different modal biometrics, and the weighted sum fusion of different modal biometrics was implemented by fractional information. The multimodal biometrics fusion algorithm was designed. The Casia-iris-interval-v4 and NFBS datasets were used to test the performance of the proposed algorithm. The results show that the fused image quality is better, the feature extraction accuracy is between 84% and 93%, the average accuracy of feature classification is 97%, the multimodal biometric classification time is only 110 ms, the multimodal biometric fusion time is only 550 ms, the effect is good, and the practicability is strong. In the process of wireless communication, the transmission of signals will be subject to various kinds of interference, which will affect the quality of communication. Interference detection is an important part of improving the reliability of communication. When the interfering signal has the same frequency as the original communication signal, with traditional methods, it is difficult to extract feature parameters. Aiming at this special cofrequency interference signal, this paper proposes a time series signal prediction model based on deep learning and uses the difference between the predicted signal and the received signal as the eigenvalue to detect interference. In order to improve the detection rate, the eigenvalues predicted by LSTM and Bi-LSTM networks are subjected to windowing experiments. The Support Vector Machine (SVM) is used to detect the interference of eigenvalues, and the comparison results are visualized by the confusion matrix. The experimental simulation results show that the Bi-LSTM model has better feature extraction ability for time series signals, and the prediction ability of the signal and the accuracy of interference detection are higher than those of the LSTM model. The search range and search position of the particle are closely related to the shrinkage-expansion factor of the particle and the value of the center of the potential well. As the number of iterations increases, its search will gradually fall near the center of the potential well, and the search range will gradually decrease. Therefore, when the center of the potential well and the search range gradually approach the global optimum, the final result of the algorithm can be guaranteed to be the global optimum. Therefore, we need to optimize the shrinkage-expansion factor and the potential well center, improve the individual development ability of the group in the later stage of the algorithm and the expansion ability of the group, so that the potential well center is easier to fall near the global optimal point. Based on the chaotic strategy, a particle swarm initialization method is proposed. Using the unique ergodicity of the chaotic system, the method can make the particles spread well in the solution space of the search problem. Based on the hardware equipment of the parallelism measurement system based on the large-diameter off-axis parabolic mirror collimator, the measurement accuracy and automation of the system are improved through image processing technology. According to the characteristics of the system, an optimized focus evaluation function and a center positioning algorithm are proposed to improve the measurement speed and accuracy of the system. The three-dimensional organic growth features of buildings have been given more and more attention according to the unique view representation regulations of the indoor construction industry, in order to optimize the usage and allocation efficiency of building space. To explore the configuration structure of building function space, the three-dimensional box dimension algorithm is used to measure the fractal dimension of the indoor and outdoor form of building space, and the two-dimensional and three-dimensional fractal characteristics of building space are compared and analyzed; the method of the second derivative is utilized for the automatic recognition of fractal scale-free areas, aiming at the imprecise problem of the artificial judgment of scale-free areas in earlier fractal research of interior and outdoor forms of architectural space. The experimental results show that the second derivative method can effectively and automatically identify the scale-free region. The coefficients of linear fitting are above 0.990, and the indoor and outdoor forms of architectural space have clear fractal characteristics. After applying the method, the three-dimensional fractal dimension grows, indicating that the interior and outdoor form usage of architectural space in this area is generally effective and compact. To estimate and analyze the orbit of a spacecraft in the ascent phase, three algorithms are proposed in this paper: a two-satellite point-by-point intersection positioning algorithm, single-satellite positioning algorithm, and multiple-point intersection collaborative positioning algorithm. Meanwhile, two mathematic models of the spacecraft orbit are presented based on the kinematics characteristic and the least square method. Besides, by combining the results of the proposed satellite positioning algorithms with mathematic models of the spacecraft orbit, the particle filtering based on the Monte Carlo algorithm is applied to filtering of the final results of the spacecraft. Finally, the effectiveness of the two-satellite point-by-point intersection positioning algorithm and the single-satellite positioning algorithm is verified through the experiment simulation on the real data. In this paper, the theory of viscoelastic material relaxation modulus testing, testing method, and material relaxation modulus parameter solution method is studied. Based on the IoT sensor test devices and the Hertzian mathematics theory, the relationship between the compression amount, pressure, and relaxation modulus of a rigid spherical indenter pressed into a flat viscoelastic material is studied. In combination with the Boltzmann superposition principle, the relaxation modulus test method and theory for viscoelastic materials are proposed. A good fitting curve was obtained to solve the relaxation modulus parameters of various materials under the three-element Maxwell model. Conventional ambiguity resolution (AR) strategy of directly fixing all raw frequency ambiguities for uncombined precise point positioning (PPP) generally requires a long initial time to ensure fixing reliability. The rich signals from multi-frequency GNSS can provide new opportunities for rapid PPP AR. In this paper, based on a unified multi-frequency uncombined PPP model, the raw frequency ambiguities are linearly transformed to the between-satellite-single-differenced extra-wide-lane (EWL), wide-lane (WL), and narrow-lane (NL) ambiguities, and a cascading ambiguity resolution (CAR) method of fixing EWL/WL/NL ambiguities sequentially is proposed. Meanwhile, a partial ambiguity fixing (PAF) strategy with ambiguity subset adaptively selected based on the successively increased elevations is also adopted in each step to improve the fixing rate. Further, experiments with globally distributed stations are carried out to verify the algorithm. With the constraints of EWL/WL AR, the precision of NL ambiguity and its variance-covariance matrix can be effectively optimized, so the time to first fix (TTFF) is significantly shortened, and the ratio value is also improved to varying degrees. As for BDS-only solution, the average TTFF is shortened from 23.7 min to 10.9 min, with an improvement over 50%; for GPS/BDS, GPS/Galileo, and GPS/Galileo/BDS combined solutions, the TTFF is shortened from 14.3 min, 9.4 min, and 6.7 min to 8.1 min, 2.6 min, and 1.8 min, which are, respectively, shortened by 43.4%, 72.3%, and 73.1%. In general, the proposed CAR strategy can shorten the TTFF of multi-GNSS multi-frequency PPP to about 2 min. The performance of EWL/WL/NL ambiguity-fixed solutions is also analyzed. The NL solution is generally at centimeter-level accuracy over the entire period; however, limited by the atmosphere errors during the convergence stage, the EWL/WL solutions can only obtain decimeter-level accuracy, and the difference between them and NL solution gradually decreases with the continuous improvement of atmosphere accuracy. Euler path is one of the most interesting and widely discussed topics in graph theory. An Euler path (or Euler trail) is a path that visits every edge of a graph exactly once. Similarly, an Euler circuit (or Euler cycle) is an Euler trail that starts and ends on the same node of a graph. A graph having Euler path is called Euler graph. While tracing Euler graph, one may halt at arbitrary nodes while some of its edges left unvisited. In this paper, we have proposed some precautionary steps that should be considered in exploring a deadlock-free Euler path, i.e., without being halted at any node. Simulation results show that our proposed approach improves the process of exploring the Euler path in an undirected connected graph without interruption. Furthermore, our proposed algorithm is complete for all types of undirected Eulerian graphs. In order to solve the problem that the subspace-like direction of arrival (DOA) estimation performs poor due to the error of sources number, this paper proposes a new super-resolution DOA estimation algorithm based on the diagonal-symmetric loading (DSL). Specifically, orthogonality principle of the minimum eigenvector of the specific covariance matrix and the source number estimation based on the improved K-means method were adopted to construct the spatial spectrum. Then, by considering the signal-to-interference-to-noise ratio (SINR), the theoretical basis for selecting parameters was given and verified by numerical experiment. To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, this paper compared it with the methods of minimum variance distortionless response (MVDR) and new signal subspace processing (NSSP). The foot-mounted pedestrian navigation system (PNS) that uses microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) inertial measurement units (IMUs) to track the person's position. However errors accumulate over time during inertial navigation solutions, which affects the positioning precision. In this paper, a multicondition zero velocity detector is used to detect the stance phase of gait. Then the errors are corrected in the stance phase and the swing phase, respectively, through the Kalman filter. When pedestrians are going up and down the stairs, the divergence of height will reduce the accuracy of three-dimensional positioning. In this paper, an accelerometer and a barometer are used to obtain altitude variation, and after that the stair condition detection (SCD) algorithm is proposed to correct the height of Kalman filter output and detect the walking state of pedestrians. Through theoretical research and field experiments, these algorithms are studied carefully. In recent years, people have paid more and more attention to cloud data. However, because users do not have absolute control over the data stored on the cloud server, it is necessary for the cloud storage server to provide evidence that the data are completely saved to maintain their control over the data. Give users all management rights, users can independently install operating systems and applications and can choose self-service platforms and various remote management tools to manage and control the host according to personal habits. This paper mainly introduces the cloud data integrity verification algorithm of sustainable computing accounting informatization and studies the advantages and disadvantages of the existing data integrity proof mechanism and the new requirements under the cloud storage environment. In this paper, an LBT-based big data integrity proof mechanism is proposed, which introduces a multibranch path tree as the data structure used in the data integrity proof mechanism and proposes a multibranch path structure with rank and data integrity detection algorithm. In this paper, the proposed data integrity verification algorithm and two other integrity verification algorithms are used for simulation experiments. The experimental results show that the proposed scheme is about 10% better than scheme 1 and about 5% better than scheme 2 in computing time of 500 data blocks; in the change of operation data block time, the execution time of scheme 1 and scheme 2 increases with the increase of data blocks. The execution time of the proposed scheme remains unchanged, and the computational cost of the proposed scheme is also better than that of scheme 1 and scheme 2. This paper presents an efficient outer space branch-and-bound algorithm for globally solving a minimax linear fractional programming problem (MLFP), which has a wide range of applications in data envelopment analysis, engineering optimization, management optimization, and so on. In this algorithm, by introducing auxiliary variables, we first equivalently transform the problem (MLFP) into the problem (EP). By using a new linear relaxation technique, the problem (EP) is reduced to a sequence of linear relaxation problems over the outer space rectangle, which provides the valid lower bound for the optimal value of the problem (EP). Based on the outer space branch-and-bound search and the linear relaxation problem, an outer space branch-and-bound algorithm is constructed for globally solving the problem (MLFP). As we all know, the model mismatch, primarily when the desired signal exists in the training data, or when the sample data is used for training, will seriously affect algorithm performance. This paper combines the subspace algorithm based on direction of arrival (DOA) estimation with the adaptive beamforming. It proposes a reconstruction algorithm based on the interference plus noise covariance matrix (INCM). Firstly, the eigenvector of the desired signal is obtained according to the eigenvalue decomposition of the subspace algorithm, and the eigenvector is used as the estimated value of the desired signal steering vector (SV). Then the INCM is reconstructed according to the estimated parameters to remove the adverse effect of the desired signal component on the beamformer. Finally, the estimated desired signal SV and the reconstructed INCM are used to calculate the weight. Compared with the previous work, the proposed algorithm not only improves the performance of the adaptive beamformer but also dramatically reduces the complexity. We propose a class of inexact secant methods in association with the line search filter technique for solving nonlinear equality constrained optimization. Compared with other filter methods that combine the line search method applied in most large-scale optimization problems, the inexact line search filter algorithm is more flexible and realizable. In this paper, we focus on the analysis of the local superlinear convergence rate of the algorithms, while their global convergence properties can be obtained by making an analogy with our previous work. These methods have been implemented in a Matlab code, and detailed numerical results indicate that the proposed algorithms are efficient for 43 problems from the CUTEr test set. Structural reliability analysis is usually realized based on a multivariate performance function that depicts failure mechanisms of a structural system. The intensively computational cost of the brutal-force Monte-Carlo simulation motivates proposing a Gegenbauer polynomial-based surrogate model for effective structural reliability analysis in this paper. By utilizing the orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm to detect significant explanatory variables at first, a small number of samples are used to determine a reliable approximation result of the structural performance function. Several numerical examples in the literature are presented to demonstrate potential applications of the Gegenbauer polynomial-based sparse surrogate model. In this paper, two different 3D hydrofoils with profiles NACA0012 are simulated in the potential flow. Boundary element method (BEM) and nonuniform rational B-spline (NURBS) are coupled to reduce error and increase accuracy. The computer code is developed in different submergence depths (d), flow velocities (U), and various angles of attack (AoA), and the pressure is obtained by NURBS formulation. The pressure on a 3D hydrofoil with NACA412 profile iscompared with other existing methods. The validity of result is revealed. The accuracy of the results is acceptable. The competition of the two models' results indicates that the increasing chord length leads to increase in C p min , and the decrease in depth and angle of attack leads to the growing value of C p min . Moreover, when the flow velocity is changed, the changes of potential and pressure coefficient distribution do not follow the specific trend. NURBS is a basic equation in different CAD packages because it is able to mesh surfaces. Multisensor data generalized fusion algorithm is a kind of symbolic computing model with multiple application objects based on sensor generalized integration. It is the theoretical basis of numerical fusion. This paper aims to comprehensively review the generalized fusion algorithms of multisensor data. Firstly, the development and definition of multisensor data fusion are analyzed and the definition of multisensor data generalized fusion is given. Secondly, the classification of multisensor data fusion is discussed, and the generalized integration structure of multisensor and its data acquisition and representation are given, abandoning the research characteristics of object oriented. Then, the principle and architecture of multisensor data fusion are analyzed, and a generalized multisensor data fusion model is presented based on the JDL model. Finally, according to the multisensor data generalized fusion architecture, some related theories and methods are reviewed, and the tensor-based multisensor heterogeneous data generalized fusion algorithm is proposed, and the future work is prospected. The purpose of this paper is to develop a fixed-wing aircraft that has the abilities of both vertical take-off (VTOL) and a fixed-wing aircraft. To achieve this goal, a prototype of a fixed-wing gyroplane with two propellers is developed and a rotor can maneuver like a drone and also has the ability of vertical take-off and landing similar to a helicopter. This study provides guidance, navigation, and control algorithm for the gyrocopter. Firstly, this study describes the dynamics of the fixed-wing aircraft and its control inputs, i.e., throttle, blade pitch, and thrust vectors. Secondly, the inflow velocity, the forces acting on the rotor blade, and the factors affecting the rotor speed are analyzed. Afterward, the mathematical models of the rotor, dual engines, wings, and vertical and horizontal tails are presented. Later, the flight control strategy using a global processing system (GPS) module is designed. The parameters that are examined are attitude, speed, altitude, turn, and take-off control. Lastly, hardware in the loop (HWIL) based simulations proves the effectiveness and robustness of the navigation guidance and control mechanism. The simulations confirm that the proposed novel mechanism is robust and satisfies mission requirements. Ubiquitous sensors cover many areas of modern society. As the sensor network matures, various applications based on the Internet of Things are setting off a new revolution in all aspects of social life. In order to in-depth study whether the Internet of Things technology can be used in the automatic evaluation of piano performance, this article uses artificial system comparison method, database establishment method, and model construction method to collect samples, analyze the automatic evaluation model, and streamline the algorithm, and based on these foundations, a practical automatic evaluation system for piano performance was created. However, the role of this article does not stop there. There are also a variety of algorithm-like models and the construction of technical models. First, the practicality of the created model is studied, and it is found that the traditional manual recognition rate is about 52%, while the recognition rate of the system in this paper is more than 90%, and the average recognition time of the system is 1.1 s. The start-up process and recognition process time of other systems are all no more than 6 s, indicating the superior performance of the system. On this basis, select the classic piano textbook: Thompson's Simple Piano Tutorial. From it, select representative pieces as test samples. We can find that the overall F-measure value is above 90%, and the average F-measure value is 96.8%; the system performance test is good and can provide accurate evaluation results for piano learners. The results show that the number of identifications and missing numbers of the system are not much different from those of manual identification, which further proves its superiority. Image recognition tasks involve an increasingly high amount of symmetric positive definite (SPD) matrices data. SPD manifolds exhibit nonlinear geometry, and Euclidean machine learning methods cannot be directly applied to SPD manifolds. The kernel trick of SPD manifolds is based on the concept of projecting data onto a reproducing kernel Hilbert space. Unfortunately, existing kernel methods do not consider the connection of SPD matrices and linear projections. Thus, a framework that uses the correlation between SPD matrices and projections to model the kernel map is proposed herein. To realize this, this paper formulates a Hilbert–Schmidt independence criterion (HSIC) regularization framework based on the kernel trick, where HSIC is usually used to express the interconnectedness of two datasets. The proposed framework allows us to extend the existing kernel methods to new HSIC regularization kernel methods. Additionally, this paper proposes an algorithm called HSIC regularized graph discriminant analysis (HRGDA) for SPD manifolds based on the HSIC regularization framework. The increase in computational power in recent years has opened a new door for image processing techniques. Three-dimensional object recognition, identification, pose estimation, and mapping are becoming popular. The need for real-world objects to be mapped into three-dimensional spatial representation is greatly increasing, especially considering the heap jump we obtained in the past decade in virtual reality and augmented reality. This paper discusses an algorithm to convert an array of captured images into estimated 3D coordinates of their external mappings. Elementary methods for generating three-dimensional models are also discussed. This framework will help the community in estimating three-dimensional coordinates of a convex-shaped object from a series of two-dimension images. To evaluate objects under uncertainty, many fuzzy frameworks have been designed and investigated so far. Among them, the frame of picture fuzzy set (PFS) is of considerable significance which can describe the four possible aspects of expert's opinion using a degree of membership (DM), degree of nonmembership (DNM), degree of abstinence (DA), and degree of refusal (DR) in a certain range. Aggregation of information is always challenging especially when the input arguments are interrelated. To deal with such cases, the goal of this study is to develop the notion of the Maclaurin symmetric mean (MSM) operator as it aggregates information under uncertain environments and considers the relationship of the input arguments, which make it unique. In this paper, we studied the theory of MSM operators in the layout of PFSs and discussed their applications in the selection of the most suitable enterprise resource management (ERP) scheme for engineering purposes. We developed picture fuzzy MSM (PFMSM) operators and investigated their validity. We developed the multiattribute decision-making (MADM) algorithm based on the PFMSM operators to examine the performance of the ERP systems using picture fuzzy information. A numerical example to evaluate the performance of ERP systems is studied, and the effects of the associated parameters are discussed. The proposed aggregated results using PFMSM operators are found to be reliable as it takes into account the interrelationship of the input information, unlike traditional aggregation operators. Torque ripple is a defect of switched reluctant motors. DITC (direct instantaneous torque control) is harnessed to solve the problem as a traditional method, which is superior to TSF (torque sharing function). In this paper, a new controller is proposed with modified hysteresis and PWM in DITC. With the modified algorithm, the torque error will be reduced with PWM in DITC. The proposed algorithm is effective to improve sample and 0 status in a period. The modified algorithm is based on application of zero in the asymmetric half bridge, which is implemented as the buffer zone. In case of big torque error, hysteresis will mitigate error under the characteristic of fast responding. In case of small errors, the modified PWM will solve torque error in the equivalent strategy, which has adopted the essence of the impulse equivalent method. The modified controller is designed to reduce responding time and minimize the torque ripple under the proposed algorithm, which has been designed to harness different functions in different torque errors. It is an important part of security inspection to carry out security and safety screening with X-ray scanners. Computer vision plays an important role in detection, recognition, and location analysis in intelligent manufacturing. The object detection algorithm is an important part of the intelligent X-ray machine. Existing threat object detection algorithms in X-ray images have low detection precision and are prone to missed and false detection. In order to increase the precision, a new improved Mask R-CNN algorithm is proposed in this paper. In the feature extraction network, an enhancement path is added to fuse the features of the lower layer into the higher layer, which reduces the loss of feature information. By adding an edge detection module, the training effect of the sample model can be improved without accurate labeling. The distance, overlap rate, and scale difference between objects and region proposals are solved using DIoU to improve the stability of the region proposal's regression, thus improving the accuracy of object detection; SoftNMS algorithm is used to overcome the problem of missed detection when the objects to be detected overlap each other. The experimental results indicate that the mean Average Precision (mAP) of the improved algorithm is 9.32% higher than that of the Mask R-CNN algorithm, especially for knife and portable batteries, which are small in size, simple in shape, and easy to be mistakenly detected, and the Average Precision (AP) is increased by 13.41% and 15.92%, respectively. In order to solve the problem that there are a large number of unknown protocols on the network, which affect the network management and network security in varying degrees, an unknown binary protocol identification method is proposed. On the premise that the center cluster of unknown protocols is obtained by the clustering algorithm, the unknown protocols for network traffic are identified by combining one-class of classification with one-dimensional CNN classification technology. At first, a class of classification algorithm is used to select the unknown protocols, and then, the labeled protocol data obtained by clustering are used to train the one-dimensional CNN model, and the classified binary protocol packets are directly used as the input of the one-dimensional convolution neural network. After the classification of the CNN model, the unknown protocols are finally identified. The experimental results show that the proposed classification and recognition method is better than the traditional CNN and SVM algorithms, and the maximum frequency pooling is better than the traditional pooling method. According to the characteristics of traditional clothing, clothing identification is studied, and clothing identification and clothing culture learning are effectively combined to find a new method for the inheritance of national culture and strive to make contributions to the inheritance of national culture. According to the requirement of the traditional garment identification watermark monitoring system, a self-synchronous digital watermarking algorithm is designed and implemented. Watermark is embedded in the time domain, and feature information is extracted from traditional clothing by means of mean filtering and replaced by watermark to achieve the purpose of embedding information. Blind detection is realized without the participation of the original image. The difference between the traditional costume embedded with watermark and the original traditional costume is almost imperceptible. It can effectively resist synchronous attacks including clipping and time shifting, showing good robustness. Imperceptibility and robustness can be adjusted freely by embedding strength. The HOG + SVM algorithm is applied to minority clothing classification and recognition. By comparing different classifiers, it is concluded that the classifier trained by the support vector machine algorithm has the best classification effect on ethnic clothing. In order to improve the classification effect, the classical algorithm of color, texture, and shape feature extraction was combined with SVM to conduct experiments on the clothing database collected and sorted out in Yunnan ethnic minority communities, and finally, we verified that the HOG feature combined with the SVM classification algorithm achieved good results in the classification of ethnic clothing. To address the problem that the accuracy of the SVM algorithm is affected by random parameters at the input end, a financial crisis early warning model (FCEWM) based on PSO-SVM is constructed based on the nonequilibrium sample characteristics of different financial conditions of listed companies in China's gem. Aiming at the problem of low recommendation accuracy of existing recommendation algorithms, an algorithm integrating time factors and multisimilarity is proposed to improve the impact of long-term data, user attention, and project popularity on the recommendation algorithm and the similarity of user attributes is introduced to improve the problem of cold start to a certain extent. Considering that the longer the time, the less likely it is to be selected again, time is introduced into the algorithm as a weight factor. When the behavior occurs, i.e., interest in the project, so as to judge the similarity between users, not just the score value, we normalize the popularity to avoid misjudgment of high scoring and popular items. Because new users do not have past score records, the problem of cold start can be solved by calculating the similarity of user attributes. In order to improve the prediction accuracy of stock price, an improved model QPSO-DBN-GABP using quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize deep belief network is proposed. In this model, the quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to find the optimal combination of the number of neurons in each layer of RBM, and the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the initial weight and threshold of BP neural network, so as to obtain the optimized combination prediction model. The prediction results are compared with those of DBN, PSO-DBN, and QPSO-DBN models. Through the comparison of experimental results, it is found that compared with the above three prediction models, the prediction error index RMSE of the model is reduced by about 10.1%, 9.1%, 1.3%, and MAE is reduced by 8.1%, 5.7%, and 0.67%. A fuzzy cloud resource scheduling model with time-cost constraints is built using fuzzy triangular numbers to represent uncertain task execution time. Task scheduling reduces total time and cost spent on a project. It connects virtual machines and functions. Particle swarm optimization (HPO) is used to plan cloud resources (HSOA). The approach uses orthogonal particle swarm initialization to increase the quality of the initial particle exploration, rerandomization to regulate the particle search range, and real-time updating of inertia weights to control particle speed. Falls cause great harm to people, and the current, more mature fall detection algorithms cannot be well-migrated to the embedded platform because of the huge amount of calculation. Hence, they do not have a good application. A lightweight fall detection algorithm based on the AlphaPose optimization model and ST-GCN was proposed. Firstly, based on YOLOv4, the structure of GhostNet is used to replace the DSPDarknet53 backbone network of the YOLOv4 network structure, the path convergence network is converted into BiFPN (bidirectional feature pyramid network), and DSC (deep separable convolution) is used to replace the standard volume of spatial pyramid pool, BiFPN, and YOLO head network product. Then, the TensorRt acceleration engine is used to accelerate the improved and optimized YOLO algorithm. In addition, a new type of Mosaic data enhancement algorithm is used to enhance the pedestrian detection algorithm, improving the effect of training. Secondly, use the TensorRt acceleration engine to optimize attitude estimation AlphaPose model, speeding up the inference speed of the attitude joint points. Finally, the spatiotemporal graph convolution (ST-GCN) is applied to detect and recognize actions such as falls, which meets the effective fall in different scenarios. The experimental results show that, on the embedded platform Jeston nano, when the image resolution is 416 × 416, the detection frame rate of this method is stable at about 8.33. At the same time, the accuracy of the algorithm in this paper on the UR dataset and the Le2i dataset has reached 97.28% and 96.86%, respectively. This article focuses on the question answering type of automatic scoring system for large-scale spoken English examinations and scores using a method called multifeature fusion. Three types of features are extracted to score using speech recognition text as the research object. The three types of features are similarity, syntactic, and phonetic. There are nine distinct characteristics that describe the relationship between examinee responses and expert ratings. Manhattan distance is improved as a measure of similarity in the similarity feature. Simultaneously, a feature of keyword coverage based on editing distance is proposed, and the phenomenon of word variation in text recognition is fully considered, in order to provide examinees with an objective and fair score. To obtain the machine score, all extracted features were fused using a multiple linear regression model. The experimental results demonstrate that the extracted features are extremely effective for machine scoring, with the system scoring performance of the examinee as a unit equaling 98.4 percent of expert scoring performance. Aiming at the air-conditioning temperature control of underground station, the air-conditioning temperature controller of underground station is designed based on proportional-integral-differential neural network, the bat algorithm is used to select the initial weights, the radial basis function neural network prediction model is used to optimize the design of the predictor, and the designed control system is simulated on the MATLAB simulation platform. The simulation results show that the dynamic characteristics and steady-state characteristics of the PID controller optimized by bat algorithm are better than those of the PID controller tuned by conventional methods.
