In recent years, the tourism industry has grown rapidly around the world as an emerging force, especially in China, which has become the world's leading tourism country in recent years, and its tourism revenue also occupies a good weight in the country's total income. The number of tourists every year shows a very high growth rate, which not only improves the tourism economy but also brings great pressure to the management of various tourist attractions. In this context, many tourist attractions are actively developing innovative applications of new technologies, hoping to effectively improve their management efficiency. In these experiments, the speech big data analysis technology has achieved remarkable achievements, so it is necessary to combine the speech big data analysis technology with the demand analysis of the tourism industry. The purpose of this paper is to study the effective model of tourism consumer demand prediction using big data analysis. In the process of completing this paper, we consulted a large number of research results of big data analysis technology, tourism-related books, and demand prediction models in HowNet, VIP, and other network databases as well as campus libraries, summarized the related concepts of tourism, and used big data analysis technology to predict the demand of tourism consumers. Understand the needs of tourism consumers on major tourism websites, and extract the indicators that will affect the forecast results of consumer demand, establish a demand forecast model based on the indicators, and analyze its forecast effects through comparative analysis to understand its advantages and disadvantages, in order to establish a tourism demand forecast models providing actionable advice. Through the practical application case of the demand forecasting model, this paper puts forward the development strategy of tourism. The experimental results show that the mean square error of the neural network model is less than 2.5, which is more suitable for predicting the number of tourists, indicating that different models are suitable for predicting different indicators. The main contribution of this research lies in the modeling and analysis of regional tourism characteristics and tourists' willingness, so as to achieve accurate prediction of tourists in scenic spots and formulate targeted plans. Based on this, this paper studies the use of artificial neural network with improved BP algorithm to predict social and economic development, and analyzes social and economic development trends and changing laws. As China's economic level and industrial volume continue to develop and expand, the traditional methods of business management and resource scheduling demonstrate significant limitations and misalignments with China's daily economic activities. Traditional industrial and commercial management resource scheduling is highly reliant on manual labor. When confronted with the requirements of large-scale project management, the pure manual mode cannot track the real-time progress of the project flexibly, effectively, and in a timely manner, resulting in the inability to complete the corresponding resource-scheduling work efficiently, which will affect the overall operation progress of the project. Deep neural networks have a high-application potential for solving extremely complex and highly nonlinear optimization problems. Artificial intelligence and deep learning research have advanced at a rapid pace over the past few decades, thanks to the efforts of numerous researchers. Combined with GPU technology, the deep learning framework can provide an extremely complex optimization problem with a practical and feasible optimization scheme and corresponding solution path in a very short amount of time. Therefore, this paper explores the potential application of deep learning technology to industrial and commercial resource-scheduling management. By analyzing the benefits of deep learning technology and the bottleneck issues of existing industrial and commercial resource scheduling, a real-time optimized industrial and commercial resource-scheduling model based on deep learning technology is developed. The model is evaluated using the respective data set. The test results demonstrate that the resource-scheduling model proposed in this paper has strong real-time and high-operation efficiency and can assist engineers in completing the corresponding resource-scheduling tasks. Intelligent teaching is a kind of teaching mode with the help of emerging information technology such as the Internet of things, cloud computing, and big data to build a diversified classroom. The construction of intelligent teaching is one of the important parts in the field of education informatization, and it is also an active field. The research in this area is beneficial to China's growth of information education. Online education has progressed significantly in the context of the intelligent Internet of Things. The focus of this paper is on violin online education. In the course of the research, it was discovered that violin teachers have little control over their students' after-school practice results, and that parents of violin students have little time to supervise their children's practice at any given moment. To solve this problem, the mixed speech composed of speech and violin accompaniment is selected as the research object. Audio signal analysis and neural network algorithm are used for analysis and research. The time domain and frequency domain characteristics of various audio signals are analyzed, including sparsity of speech signals and repeatability of music signals. The logarithmic power spectrum of audio signal is selected as the characteristic parameter, the sample is preprocessed and the feature is extracted, and the sound source separation model based on deep neural network is realized. The PESQ index was used to evaluate the separation results after using the audio source separation model to separate the mixed speech consisted of speech and violin accompaniment. By comparing the PESQ evaluation results of 40, 50 and 60 iterations, the model converges when the number of iterations is 50. The comparison between the model and L-MMSE algorithm shows that the performance of the model is better in speech source separation. With the rapid development of China's electrical industry, the safe operation of electrical facilities is very important for social stability and people's property safety. The failure detection method of conventional electrical equipment is hand detection, which has high experience of the detection person, lacks detection and error detection, and the detection efficiency is low. With the development of artificial intelligence technology, computer-assisted substation inspection is now possible, and substation inspection using an intelligent inspection robot equipped with an infrared device is one of the main substation inspection methods. In this paper, experiments are carried out using several neural network models. For example, if a faster region convolutional neural networks (RCNN) infrared detection model is employed, a good vg16 in the feature region of the extracted image takes into account the quality of the infrared image and the presence of multiple devices. Infrared images can be used to determine the basic features of various electronic devices. In order to detect targets in infrared images of electrical equipment, the fast RCNN target detection algorithm is used, and the overall recognition accuracy reaches 83.1%, and a good application effect is obtained. This paper compared the expected accuracy of the gray GM (1, 1) model and the combined GMBP model using a data set for major road traffic accidents. A combined GMBP prediction model composed of the very first parameter gray model GM (1, 1) is able to make exact predictions for forecasting dreary type of processes, and BP (back-propagation) neural network for a major traffic accident is proposed to overcome the limitations of a single prediction model for a major traffic accident. The method first obtains predicted data using the gray GM (1, 1) model, then trains the BP neural network using the GM (1, 1) model's predicted data and the original data as input and output data, respectively, and finally the trained BP neural network can be considered a combined GMBP prediction model. The predicted data of the digit of major traffic accidents, the digit of fatalities, and the digit of damages from 2008 to 2020 were obtained using the combined GMBP prediction model, and it is compared with the expected data of the single gray GM (1, 1) model. The grades showed that the exactitude of the combined GMBP prediction model was significantly higher than that of the single gray GM (1, 1) model. Finally, from 2021 to 2033, the combined GMBP prediction model is used to forecast the number of significant road traffic incidents, mortalities, and damages. Taxi-out time is the main performance index to evaluate the operational efficiency of major airports. Scientifically and accurately predicting the taxi-out time of departure flights is very important to improve the operational efficiency and coordination decision-making ability of airport. Firstly, the quantifiable influence factors of taxi-out time and their correlation is analyzed, including the number of departure flights, the number of arrival flights, the number of flights pushed back in the same period, the taxi-out time by half-hour in average, the taxi distance, and the number of turns, etc. And then a prediction model of departure flights' taxi-out time based on BP is constructed. Because the traditional BP neural network is sensitive to the initial weight and threshold and has poor accuracy and stability, the taxi-out time prediction model of BP neural network optimized by intelligent algorithm is proposed. Genetic algorithm (GA) and sparrow search algorithm (SSA) are used to obtain the optimal weight and threshold of BP neural network, which is verified by the actual operation data of a major airport in central and southern China for two weeks. The results show that ① the taxi-out time is strongly correlated with the airport surface traffic flow, moderately correlated with the average taxi-out time, and weakly correlated with the taxi distance and the number of turns. ② The predicted outcome of the 4-element combination prediction model which considers strong correlation and medium correlation factors is the best. After adding weak correlation factors, the prediction accuracy is reduced. ③ By obtaining the local optimal weight and threshold of neural network, intelligent optimization algorithm can effectively improve the accuracy of departure flights' taxi-out time prediction results. ④ The prediction result of BP neural network optimized based on GA is 1.79% higher than that of MAPE before optimization, MAE is reduced by 7.4 s, and RMSE is reduced by 6.93 s. The prediction result of BP neural network optimized based on SSA is 3.05% higher than that of MAPE before optimization, MAE is reduced by 16.55 s, and RMSE is reduced by 14.31 s. The tendency of labor turnover in the Chinese enterprise shows the characteristics of seasonal fluctuations and irregular distribution of various factors, especially the Chinese traditional social and cultural characteristics. In this paper, we present a coupled model for the tendency prediction of labor turnover. In the model, a time series of tendency prediction of labor turnover was expressed as trend item and its random item. Trend item of tendency prediction of labor turnover is predicted using Grey theory. Random item of trend item is calculated by artificial neural network model (ANN). A case study is presented by the data of 24 months in a Chinese matured enterprise. The model uses the advantages of "accumulative generation" of a Grey prediction method, which weakens the original sequence of random disturbance factors and increases the regularity of data. It also takes full advantage of the ANN model approximation performance, which has a capacity to solve economic problems rapidly, describes the nonlinear relationship easily, and avoids the defects of Grey theory. In Chinese mainline railway, freight trains need to stop within passenger stations at times because of the delayed passenger trains. Without any decision-support system, it is very difficult for drivers to stop trains within stations with consistency in one braking action. The reasons are that braking performance of train changes with the conditions of braking equipment and the drivers' subjective evaluations of track profiles and braking distance are vague and imprecise. This paper presents a fuzzy neural network (FNN), which is based on the historical datasets of train stops, to model the latest condition of train braking equipment and to attain the braking distance under a predefined braking rate, track profiles, and initial braking speed. The braking distance is used to find the initial braking position to advise the drivers on commencing braking action. Case studies confirmthat it is feasible to stop trains within stations in one braking action by applying the proposed approach. Furthermore, the runtime and energy consumption of train movement are both reduced in comparison to the practical two-step action train stopping (TATS); that is, drivers stop trains before entering stations and remotor at a low speed before slowly stopping within stations. This paper investigates the potential application of artificial neural networks in permanent deformation parameter identification for rockfill dams. Two kinds of neural network models, multilayer feedforward network (BP) and radial basis function (RBF) networks, are adopted to identify the parameters of seismic permanent deformation for Zipingpu Dam in China. The dynamic analysis is carried out by three-dimensional finite element method, and earthquake-induced permanent deformation is calculated by an equivalent nodal force method. Based on the sensitivity analysis of permanent deformation parameters, an objective function for network training is established by considering parameter sensitivity, which can improve the accuracy of parameter identification. By comparison, it is found that RBF outperforms the BP network in this problem. The proposed inverse analysis model for earth-rockfill dams can identify the seismic deformation parameters with just a small amount of sample designs, and much calculation time can be saved by this method. Through bringing nutrient-rich subsurface water to the surface, the artificial upwelling technology is applied to increase the primary marine productivity which could be assessed by Chlorophyll a concentration. Chlorophyll a concentration may vary with different water physical properties. Therefore, it is necessary to study the relationship between Chlorophyll a concentration and other water physical parameters. To ensure the accuracy of predicting the concentration of Chlorophyll a, we develop several models based on wavelet neural network (WNN). In this study, we build up a three-layer basic wavelet neural network followed by three improved wavelet neural networks, which are namely genetic algorithm-based wavelet neural network (GA-WNN), particle swarm optimization-based wavelet neural network (PSO-WNN), and genetic algorithm & particle swarm optimization-based wavelet neural network (GAPSO-WNN). The experimental data were collected from Qiandao Lake, China. The performances of the proposed models are compared based on four evaluation parameters, i.e., R-square, root mean square error (RMSE), mean of error (ME), and distance (D). The modeling results show that the wavelet neural network can achieve a certain extent of accuracy in modeling the relationships between Chlorophyll a concentration and the five input parameters (salinity, depth, temperature, pH, and dissolved oxygen). Tunnel settlement commonly occurs during the tunnel construction processes in large cities. Existing forecasting methods for tunnel settlements include model-based approaches and artificial intelligence (AI) enhanced approaches. Compared with traditional forecasting methods, artificial neural networks can be easily implemented, with high performance efficiency and forecasting accuracy. In this study, an extended machine learning framework is proposed combining particle swarm optimization (PSO) with support vector regression (SVR), back-propagation neural network (BPNN), and extreme learning machine (ELM) to forecast the surface settlement for tunnel construction in two large cities of China P.R.
