In this paper, an in-depth study on the recognition mechanism (identification experts) and behavioral function simulation is made, and a design method has been developed -----Image recognition mechanism. The research results and methods are expounded. At the same time, experiments are carried out on the above design methods. The effectiveness and feasibility of this design have been proved by experiments. Furthermore, the design of the expert observer is carried out. Its ability to recognize complex background images has a high success rate, which has been proved by experiments, and its adaptive ability is very strong.

Merging together the ideas of mobile learning, blended learning and flipped classroom, a Mobile Blended Learning Model (MBLM) is constructed. Based on WeChat Public Platform (WPP), MBLM can optimize the instructional process and improve the learning efficiency. A Mobile Blended Learning System(MBLS) is implemented by using MBLM, and it is constructed by both WPP and auxiliary learning system which based on Java Web. This system has reasonable designed function, easy operation, and beautiful interface, so it can effectively promote the popularization of MBLM.

In order to express outlet deviation angle of turbomachine stator, outlet deviation angle dominantly expressed by fluid velocity distribution was derived based on equivalent moment of momentum under the condition of certain CFD simulation design parameters. On this basis, response surface function of outlet deviation angle was constructed by CFD simulation data of orthogonal experiment. The validity of the response surface function was proved by CFD simulation data of confirmatory models. An effective method is provided for calculating outlet deviation angle of turbomachine stator.

Since the overhead crane system is subject to under actuation system due to that overhead crane and payload are connected by flexibility wire rope. The payload generates residual swing when the overhead crane is accelerating/ decelerating the motions. This may cause trouble for the payload precise positioning and motion planning. Hence, an optimization input shaping control method is presented to reduce the under actuated overhead crane’s payload swing caused via the inertia force. The dynamic model of the overhead crane is proposed according to the physics structure of the crane. The input shaper based on the motion planning of the crane is used as the feed forward input to suppress payload residual swing. Simulation and experiment results indicate that the ZV input shaper and ZVD input shaper can reduce the payload swing of the overhead crane.

A hybrid zirconium phytate (ZrxIP6) with porous surface was synthesized via the direct precipitation method. The as-prepared ZrxIP6 was characterized by SEM, EDS, FT-IR. The sample obtained from P/Zr = 3:1(mol/mol) indicated that a hybrid material might be formed through coordination of the zirconium ions with the –COPO3 groups in phytic acid molecules. An attempt to employ the hybrid ZrxIP6 as a sorbent in the removal of fluoride ions in metal-precoating wastewater was performed. The adsorption capacity qe and the residual F- ions concentration Ce using the ZrxIP6 (P/Zr = 3:1) as an adsorbent, were 1.21 mg.g-1 and 1.47 mg.L-1, respectively.
