OI Properties is the developer of the 59-room hotel. Charlevoix Land Co. broke ground in July 2004 on a 53-room property in Charlevoix, Michigan. Meanwhile, New Clarion properties include the Clarion San Jose, California Airport and the Clarion Sports Complex in Kansas City, Missouri. The San Jose property had been a Park Plaza, while the Kansas City hotel is a conversion from Adam's Mark. Other Choice openings include Comfort Suites properties in Ocean City, Maryland and Buffalo, New York; Comfort Inns & Suites in Lakeland, Florida and Dover, North Hampton; a Comfort Inn in Matthews, North Carolina; and the Quality Inn Navajo Nation Capital in Window Rock, Arizona.
