The article reflects on research articles about the difference between hematological malignancy and solid tumors, published in four major medical journals. According to the author, these clinical journals differently present articles on hematological malignancies, in contrast with the similar frequencies in publications on solid tumors. He found that the publications on hematological malignancies are more frequent than those on solid tumors despite the low prevalence.
