Background: Kebumen Regency has the potential for productive coconut plants as raw materials for making ant sugar. The development of ant sugar is more optimally carried out with a partnership system. In Kebumen Regency, there are two companies engaged in ant sugar commodities, namely CV. Agroberindependence and CV. Rukun Mulyo. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the empowerment of ant sugar artisans in Kebumen Regency and to formulate a strategy for empowering ant sugar artisans in Kebumen Regency. Method: This research is a descriptive research with quantitative and qualitative approach methods. Data analysis uses CIPP evaluation with value interpretation using the Likert Scale Percentage Formula. Formulation of an empowerment strategy for ant sugar artisans using QSPM SWOT analysis. Results: The results of the study showed that the empowerment program of ant sugar artisans with the highest value was the process variable, with a score of 73.61%. The lowest value in the input variable was 68.22%. Overall, the results of the CIPP evaluation show that the empowerment program for ant sugar artisans in Kebumen Regency has been running effectively, with a score of 72.79%. QSPM's SWOT analysis obtained the results of the main priority strategy that the company can apply is product variant innovation with the addition of other ingredients such as spices. Background: As one of the government's efforts to improve and empower people's living standards and economic development in the tourism sector, ecotourism development programs involve residents in its development. Purpose: The aim of this research is to find out the timing of community empowerment in the development of ecotourism in a forest park. Method: The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data, which is categorized into two types, namely primary data and secondary data. Results: Based on the results of the analysis, the results show that the community strongly agrees that ecotourism is aimed at improving the welfare of the local community and that in ecotourism there are principles of increasing concern for local communities. The community feels that they are given a job and earn an income. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the form of community empowerment in the Kuningan Raya Park ecotourism area is that the community plays a role in helping the manager to become officers around the botanical garden area, then they are allowed to sell in the area determined by the manager. Backround: BUMDes (Village Owned Enterprises) was established as a new approach to improve the village economy, based on the needs and potential of the village. BUMDes are fully managed by and for the village by the village community, from the village. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to determine the role played by BUMDes in order to empower the village community and help solve social and environmental problems in the village. Background: Improving the Welfare of the Poor with the Quality of Facilitators and the Quality of the Family Hope Program in Community Empowerment in Makassar City as. Objectives: This study aims to determine (1) the quality of the Family Hope Program in Empowering Beneficiary Families in Makassar City, (2) the quality of the Expected Family Program in realizing empowerment effectively, (3) the factors that cause the Quality of the Family Hope Program Facilitator to not run effectively in realizing the Empowerment of Beneficiary Families in Makassar City, (4) Quality of Family Hope Program Facilitators in improving the Welfare of the Poor in Makassar City. Method: Qualitative research with descriptive method. The research subject is the Family Hope Program Facilitator and Beneficiary Families in Makassar City, while the object of this research is the Expected Family Program. In the technique of data collection is done through direct interviews (interviews), questionnaires, observations while the analysis method is done through data reduction, display and verification. Conclusion: The results of the study show that the quality of the Family Hope Program is proven to be able to realize the empowerment of beneficiary families through education, health, social welfare assistance for severe and elderly people with disabilities, improve the quality of human resources for social assistance through the Family Capacity Building Program (P2K2) as well as Technical Guidance and Stabilization Guidance.
