Renal epithelioid angiomyolipoma (EAML) is a rare variant of angiomyolipoma (AML), with a prominent epithelioid component. EAML usually presents as a large heterogeneous soft tissue lesion with intratumoral hemorrhage and variable necrosis or cystic changes. We present a case of multiloculated cystic renal EAML mimicking renal cell carcinoma in a 64-year-old female. Intracystic massive hemorrhage, hyperattenuating wall and septa on an unenhanced study, and enlarged intratumoral vessels can be helpful imaging features for distinguishing renal EAML from renal cell carcinoma. Immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4)-related disease is a systemic disease characterized by dense lymphoplasmacytic infiltrates with abundant IgG4-positive plasma cells and fibroblast proliferation. The retroperitoneal involvement of IgG4-related disease usually appears as a soft-tissue mass covering the abdominal aorta or entrapping the ureters, resulting in hydronephrosis. Here, we present a case of IgG4-related disease with retroperitoneal involvement in a 75-yearold woman with an unusual manifestation. A preoperative computed tomography (CT) scan revealed an irregular infiltrative retroperitoneal mass invading the normal anatomic barriers, raising the suspicion of malignancy or inflammation. Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) improves the survival rate in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Despite the low probability, iatrogenic hepatic arterial dissections during interventional procedure are rarely created by the technical difficulties. Direct trauma from the guidewire, the tip of the catheter, or the jet of contrast injection can contribute to iatrogenic hepatic arterial dissections. We report one case of a female who had HCC necrosis caused by iatrogenic hepatic arterial dissection during TACE. Ischemia resulting from iatrogenic hepatic arterial dissection during TACE was smilar to the result of transarterial embolization for HCC on our case. Arteries originating from the celiac axis have numerous anatomical variations. When performing interventional and surgical procedures, it is important to be aware of these variations to have better outcomes and to prevent iatrogenic complications. We report on a case of a 62-year-old man who came to our institution to receive transarterial chemoembolization for hepatocellular carcinoma. The computed tomography and angiography revealed a rare anatomic variation: the entire left gastric artery originated from the left hepatic artery with no other accessory feature of the left gastric artery from celiac axis or aorta was seen. To our knowledge, this is the first report on the entirely replaced left gastric artery from the left hepatic artery that was confirmed by utilizing both computed tomographic and angiographic images. A 34-year-old female patient underwent uterine artery embolization (UAE) to control massive postpartum hemorrhage. The interventional radiologist was not informed of the patient's significant history of uterine myoma. Although no significant signs of complications or “red flags” were observed during the procedure, follow-up computed tomography performed four weeks later revealed evidence of a large, globe-like fluid collection with air bubbles in the uterus. The finding and pathology was initially diagnosed as uterine necrosis, which led not to interventional percutaneous drainage; instead, dilation and curettage with resectoscope was performed. The surgical and pathological diagnosis was “expulsion of pyomyoma in the uterine cavity.” Awareness and precise knowledge of imaging findings of pyomyoma and uterine necrosis are important for early diagnosis and treatment of UAE-related complications. The diffuse midline glioma H3 K27M-mutant was only added recently to the World Health Organization (WHO) Classification of Tumours of the Central Nervous System. While similar tumors are found in the midline, this particular mutation represents the majority of diffuse gliomas in the brainstem. Classified by WHO as grade IV tumors, these are aggressive and bear a poor prognosis for the patient. This report describes a case involving a 37-year-old woman with a histologically confirmed diffuse midline glioma H3 K27M-mutant in the bilateral thalamus and midbrain. The following discussion describes typical characteristics observed with computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging. Given the rarity of diffuse intrinsic pontine gliomas in adults and the general lack of studies investigating this poorly understood entity, we report critical findings for contribution to the existing scarce literature on the topic. Purpose: To evaluate the outcomes of angioplasty for recanalization after acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Materials and Methods: The study population was selected from 134 patients who underwent endovascular revascularization therapy (ERT) for AIS between October 2011 and May 2014. Of those 134 patients, 39 who underwent balloon angioplasty with or without stent insertion were included in this study. Balloon angioplasty was the primary treatment for nine patients and a rescue method for 30 patients. The revascularization rate at 7 days, procedure-related complications, and clinical outcomes at 3 months were analyzed. Results: The occlusion sites were the middle cerebral artery (n = 26), intracranial internal carotid artery (n = 10), and middle cerebral artery branch (n = 3). Angioplasty achieved successful revascularization (Thrombolysis in Cerebral Ischemia grade 2b-3) in 76.9% of patients. Computed tomography angiography performed 7 days post-procedure revealed a maintained reperfusion in 82.8% of successful cases. Only two patients had symptomatic intracerebral hemorrhage. At the 3-month follow-up, 18 (48.6%) and 10 (27.0%) patients showed good and poor functional outcomes, respectively (modified Rankin Scale scores, 0-2 and 5-6). Conclusion: Emergent balloon angioplasty and bailout self-expandable stent placement may be safe and effective for achieving successful revascularization in acute large vessel occlusion of the anterior circulation. Traumatic pseudoaneurysm of the superior rectal artery is a rare cause of massive lower gastrointestinal bleeding. We reported a case of a 43-year-old male patient with pseudoaneurysm following a penetrating perineal wound. The patient had repeat massive lower gastrointestinal and pelvic extraperitoneal bleeding and was diagnosed as traumatic pseudoaneurysm of the superior rectal artery. To our knowledge, there are three case reports of traumatic pseudoaneurysm of the superior rectal artery treated by embolization. A common soft-tissue tumor, malignant fibrous histiocytoma (MFH) occurs in mainly limbs, retroperitoneal and peritoneal space, and occurrence in kidneys or the ureter is very rare. Dioctophyma renale (D. renale) since first discovered in dog's kidney was found in the kidneys of animals such as mink, coyote and weasel, and human infection has only been reported in only approximately 20 cases worldwide. MFH of the ureter and D. renale infection very rarely occur in humans, and has not been reported in our country. Here, we described the case of an adult man in whom MFH of the ureter simultaneously occurred with D. renale infection. An initial CT scan showed a well-defined, persistent, enhancing polypoid mass-like lesion in the upper ureter. After 10 months, D. renale was excreted in the urine and a follow-up CT scan showed an increase in the size of that lesion and irregular thickening of the ureter wall. This report presents a unique case of an endocervical polyp-mimicking malignancy on pelvic MRI in a 45-year-old female. The MRI depicted a multilocular cystic lesion with an enhancing solid component, raising suspicion for malignancy. However, histopathological examination definitively revealed a benign endocervical polyp. This case highlights the limitations of diagnosing cervical lesions solely on MRI features, emphasizing the potential for benign conditions to mimic malignancy.

Clear cell sarcoma-like tumor of the gastrointestinal tract (CCSLTGT) is a rare malignant mesenchymal tumor of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract with a high probability of local recurrence and distant metastasis in young adults. To the best of our knowledge, only seven case reports have described the imaging findings of a CCSLTGT originating from in the small intestine in English literatures so far. Therefore, we report the imaging findings of a CCSLTGT that occurred in the small intestine of a 22-year-old female and summarize the imaging findings of the previous reports.
