The study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth rate, population growth and inequality on poverty rate in South Kalimantan Province. The data used is secondary data using panel data regression analysis tools, data taken from 2012-2022 in 13 city districts in South Kalimantan Province. The results obtained are that simultaneously the hypothesis of this study is proven by the results of the f test showing all independent variables, namely Economic Growth, Population, and Gap together have a significant effect on the Poverty Level. because the F-Statistic Probability is 0.000000 where the value is <0.05 significance. second individually (partially) the hypothesis of this study is proven by the results of the t test for each variable showing the variables of economic growth and Population have a partial effect on the poverty rate. only the gap variable (Gini Ratio) has no effect on the Poverty Level. Suggestions for improvement are to include other variables in analyzing poverty because the coefficient of determination is only 20 percent. There are still 80 percent factors that influence poverty in South Kalimantan Province, including early marriage rates, education levels, the existence of land and minerals (natural resources), organization, capital accumulation and technological progress, and low human resources. This study aims to find out the role of the Social Departement through the disability welfare component of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in alleviating poverty in Bengkulu based on the role theory of Jim Ife and Frank Tesoriero which includes four main roles. facilitative role, educational role, representative role, and technical role. The research method used in this research is qualitative, with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The technique of determining informants with purposive sampling technique. The findings of this study demonstrate that the Bengkulu City Social Department, in its capacity as an organization tasked with addressing poverty in Bengkulu, has effectively fulfilled its responsibilities in executing the program through facilitation, education, representation, and technical expertise. The Social Department has a significant role in providing welfare for beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Bengkulu, particularly in the context of disability support. The PKH program demonstrates efficacy in its objective of poverty reduction and enhancement of human well-being in Bengkulu City. This study aims to explore the availability of services specifically designed to support those facing extreme poverty, with a particular focus on those who are beneficiaries of the disability component. The efficacy of this program is contingent upon not only its provision of financial aid, but also the multifarious involvement of the Social Department in fostering comprehensive well-being for these households. Following the approval of the European Strategy 2020, the European Union has a number of initiatives, mechanisms and platforms to ensure the objectives of the Strategy 2020 are achieved. Land as an agrarian resource is still the foundation of farmers to obtain sustainable survival. However, the loss and loss of farmers' access to land control is the cause of poverty. This study aims to explain changes in access to land ownership and control from farmers to capital owners in Langaleso Village, Dolo District, Sigi Regency. Descriptive qualitative research method. Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and document studies. However, anti-poverty policies that appear in public funds are ineffective, because these policies have not been able to increase the capacity of the poor and their involvement in the process. This study aims to provide an analytical model to increase the productivity of the poor with a necessity that a rural area is unique and specific and cannot be uniformly reduced by taking an approach to groups of poor fishermen (sawi) who experience poverty patronization by rich fishermen (punggawa).)). This study aims to analyze factors which affect the poverty rate in Nias Islands using the spatial regression method: Geographical Weight Panel Regression (GWPR). The data used in this study are secondary data from 4 districts and 1 city in the Nias Islands which are sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of North Sumatra and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia during 2011-2019. The independent variables used in this study are the open unemployment rates (TPT), the ratio of fiscal decentralization (DDF) and the government capital expenditures (GCE). Based on the results of this study, it was found that the Geographically Weighted Panel Regression (GWPR) is the best model to explain the effect of independent variable on the poverty rate (PVRate) as dependent variabele in the Nias Islands. This is evidenced by the value of determination (R2) in the GWPR model (0.7673) is greater than the global regression model (0.4604), and the value of Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) in the GWPR model (0.0134) is smaller than the global regression model (0.0223). The results of the analysis using the GWPR model show a high spatial effect in areas closer to Gunungitoli as the city center and economic center in Nias Islands, such as North Nias District and Nias District. In addition, it was also found that the effect of the independent variable on the poverty level was different for each observation location. First, the open unemployment has a positive and significant impact on the poverty rate in Gunungsitoli City, Nias Regency, and North Nias Regency, while other locations do not have a significant. Secondly, the ratio of fiscal decentralization has a negative and significant effect on the poverty rate in Gunungsitoli and North Nias, while for other observation locations it has no significant effect. The Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency is one of the Regional Apparatus Organizations within the Musi Rawas Regency Government. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, competence, reward on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus of the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of Musi Rawas Regency. The research design used is a quantitative associative type with a causal relationship. The research sample is the entire state civil apparatus of the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of Musi Rawas Regency totaling 42 employees. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews. The analysis in this study used a computer program Statistical Package For Social Sciences (SPSS) For Windows ver. 20. The results show that together the variables of leadership style, competence and reward have a positive and significant effect on performance. Human capital is believed to be one of the important factors of development in endogenous growth models. Much of the literature on human capital focuses on two important factors: education and health. This study aims to test the relationship and influence of human capital on poverty by including variables in district / city income inequality in Central Sulawesi in 2010-2020. This research method uses secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Central Sulawesi Province. This study also used the form of district / city panel data in Central Sulawesi Province during the period 2011-2019. The results of this study showed that only regression panel model 4 in the form of CEM (common effect model) where the variable of human capital (HDI) as an independent variable that affects the level of the number of poor people (POV) is significant in the a by 5%. That is, if there is an increase in human quality (HDI) causes a decrease in the number of poor people in regencies / cities in Central Sulawesi Province. While the regression of panel models in the form of fixed effect models and random effect models, namely labor force participation rate variables (TPAK) is able to affect the decrease in the number of poor people in districts / cities in Central Sulawesi Province which is significant in a by 10%.
