Objective To investigate the effects of colostrum oral immunotherapy combined with oral massage stimulation on oral motor function and growth and development in premature infants. Methods A total of 98 premature infants admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit from September 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the envelope method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received oral stimulation intervention, while the observation group received colostrum oral immunotherapy combined with oral massage stimulation. The oral motor function, development and complications of premature infants in the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the oral motor function improved in both groups of preterm infants compared to the post-intervention period, and the normal sucking pattern in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, whereas the impaired sucking pattern and disordered sucking pattern were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0. 05). After intervention, the development of premature infants in the two groups was improved compared with that before intervention, and the weight, head circumference and height of premature infants in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0. 05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group [4. 08%(2/49)] was significantly lower than that in the control group [24. 49%(12/49)], and the difference was statistically significant (P <0. 05). Conclusion The implementation of colostrum oral immunotherapy combined with oral massage stimulation can effectively improve the sucking behavior of premature infants, improve their oral motor function, and promote development. Objective To analyze the opportunistic screening results of malignant tumors of the digestive tract,summarize experience and provide basis for clinical work and community education.Methods The data of patients who completed gastrointestinal endoscopy in the digestive endoscopy center of the Fifth People's Hospital of Chongqing from November 2017 to October 2020 were collected to analyze the prevalence and distribution of malignant tumors.Results A total 25 318 patients (11 532 males and 13 786 females) completed gastrointestinal endoscopy and 301 patients (218 males and 83 females) were found to have malignant tumors.The prevalence of malignant tumors was 1.19%,and that of males (1.89%) was significantly higher than that of females (0.60%).The prevalence of colorectal cancer was (2.19%,146/6 658) significantly higher than that of gastric cancer (0.83%,155/18 660).The prevalence of poorly differentiated cancer in females was significantly higher than that in males.The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The number of malignant tumor cases increased with age,and the population over 50 years old accounted for 95. 35% of the total population.Conclusion Men and the low diagestive tract are nore prone to malignant tumors.Opportunistic screening can effectively detect gastrointestinal malignancies. 目的探讨多种教学在对口高职护理学生基本护理技术课程中的教学效果。方法选取该院护理系 2015 级对口高职护理班学生158 人作为观察组，同时选取2014 级对口高职护理班学生156 人作为对照组，观察组采 用多种教学法，对照组采用传统教学法，比较两组教学效果。结果观察组中92.3% 的学生认为多种教学方法能调动 学生学习的积极性，使学习变得更加有趣；94.9% 的学生认为多种教学方法提高了学生的学习综合能力；95.5% 的学生 对本学期教学方法表示满意。观察组期末理论考试成绩和临床操作考核成绩分别为（86.92±4.49）分和（91.84±1.61）分， 均高于对照组的（83.74±2.96）分和（91.84±1.61）分，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论根据对口高职护理学生的特 点和需求，在基本护理技术课程实践教学中采用多种教学方法激发了学生的学习兴趣，增强了自主学习性，提高了学生 沟通交流、综合分析和解决问题的能力，培养了学生的责任心、爱心，并取得了良好的教学效果。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的探讨系统管理法在儿童口腔科临床实习中的效果。方法将2014~2016年在该院实习的40名 口腔临床实习生按学号编号随机分为观察组和对照组，各20人。两组分别采用系统管理模式和传统模式带教，经7周的 临床实习后，进行出科考试。考核内容包括接诊、分诊处理，与操作者配合，临床技能考核，病历书写，病例分析5项。结 果两组学生接诊、分诊处理项成绩比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05)，其余4项成绩观察组优于对照组，差异均有统计 学意义（P<0.05)。结论在实习过程中采用系统管理方法有助于提高儿童牙科临床教师的工作效率。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
