Background: Skin cancer is one of the most common cancers. Identifying some epidemiological and clinical features of patients with skin cancer helps to suspect and diagnose early. Materials and methods: 44 skin cancer patients visiting and treating at Hue Central Hospital and Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital from May 2020 to April 2021. Results: Most of the patients were over 60 years old (68.2%), the mean age was 66.3 ± 15.7 years old; Men and women were equal; Percentages with frequent exposure to sunlight, chemicals, and artificial light were respectively 54.6%, 45.5% and 43.2%; Precancerous lesions were accounted for 43.2%; The rates of basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma were equal (43.2%), melanoma was lower (13.6%); Ulcers and bleeding were the most common lesions (accounting for 68.2% and 63.6%); The most common location was head - face - neck (54.5%); unique lesion was almost (88.6%); 54.6% of lesions were over 20mm in size; 31.8% having peripheral lymph nodes in clinical.
