The article present the authors' comment on the study "Intelligent medical disease diagnosis using improved hybrid genetic algorithm-multilayer perception network," by F. Ahmad and colleagues, published in a 2013 issue of the "Journal of Medical Systems." Topics discussed include the utilization of machine learning and computer vision in the development of the diagnosis system, corrected form to equation two, and possible applications of the results.
