Objective To observe the effects of compound α-ketoacid combined with low protein diet on nutritional status and microinflammation status in patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis（CAPD） . Methods A total of 100 patients with persistent ambulatory peritoneal dialysis（CAPD） who underwent long-term renal medicine in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University，they were randomly divided into observation group and control group，with 50 cases in each group. Both groups received clinical routine treatment， in which the control group received a low-protein diet [0.8 g/(kg·d)]， the observation group patients with compound α-ketoacid combined with low protein diet. Continuous treatment for 6 months， the relevant laboratory tests were recorded in two groups: serum albumin （ALB）， prealbumin （PA）， hemoglobin （HB），calcium（Ca），phosphorus（ P）， parathyroid hormone（iPTH）， hypersensitive C-reactive protein （hs-CRP）， in terleukin-6 （IL-6），and anthropometric indicators: body mass index（BMI）， upper arm circumference（MAC）， triceps skinfold thickness（TSF） and upper arm muscle circumference（MAMC） . The nutritional status of the patients was assessed using the Modified Quantitative Subjective Overall Assessment（MQSGA），which was divided into normal nutrition （<10 points），mild to moderate malnutrition （11-20 points），and severe malnutrition （21-35 points） . Reslults After 6 months of treatment， the incidence of malnutrition in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （χ2 = 7.093， =0.029） . All laboratory and anthropometric indicators of the observation group and the control group were improved after treatment，but the indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05） . No adverse reactions occurred in either group. Conclusion Compound α-ketoacid combined with low-protein diet can improve the nutritional status and micro-inflammatory status of peritoneal dialysis patients and reduce the incidence of malnutrition. Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of multi-target therapy on patients with type IV+V lupus nephritis and its effect on serum interleukin level. Methods From July 2016 to July 2018， 62 patients with type IV+V lupus nephritis collected in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and reference group by drawing lots，with 31 patients in each group. The study group was treated with multi-target therapy， while the reference group was treated with traditional therapy，and the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the study group was 93.55%， significantly higher than that in the control group （70.97% )， and the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05). There was a significant difference in serum interleukin level between the two groups，P < 0.05. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with type IV+V lupus nephritis，multi-target therapy can not only obtain better clinical effect，but also reduce the seruminterleukin level of patients. Objective To analyze the correlation between cardiovascular calcification and malnutrition and micro-inflammatory state，and to explore the related risk factors of cardiovascular calcification in patients with maintenance peritoneal dialysis．Methods From January 2016 to December 2017， 81 patients undergoing continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD) at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University were enrolled in the study. The related laboratory tests and body measurements were performed in the 81 patients. Cardiac Valve Calcification (CVC) was estimated by transthoracic echocardiography and abdomen lateral radiographs to understand the status of abdominal aortic calcification (AAC) . Nutritional status was assessed by modified quantitative subjective global assessment table (MQSGA)， which was divided into normal nutrition (<10 points)， mild to moderate malnutrition (11-20 points)，and severe malnutrition (21-35 points) group. Results Twenty-four patients(29.6%) in the normal group，forty-one patients(50.6%) in the mild to moderate group， and sixteen patients(19.8%) in the severe group were found．The incidence of valve calcification， abdominal aorta calcification and cardiovascular calcification were 45.7%， 24.7%， and 55.6% respectively. Significant difference was found in malnutrition and micro-inflammatory state between the two groups with and without valve calcification. Age(P＝0.006)， dialysis age (P＝0.048)， prealbumin (P＝0.015)， phosphorus(P＝0.007)，calcium-phosphorus product (P＝0.013) and hs-CRP (P＝0.004) were significantly different between valvular and non-valvular calcification group. Conclusion Malnutrition and micro-inflammatory states can be found in most peritoneal dialysis patients．The more severe the malnutrition and micro-inflammatory state are， the higher the incidence of cardiovascular calcification is．Advanced age，years of dialysis， low prealbumin， high phosphorus， high calcium-phosphorus product，and elevated hs-CRP can be the independent risk factor of cardiovascular calcification. Objective To determine the prevalence of fatigue among taxi drivers in Kunming city， to better understand their general working and health conditions，and to determine the risk factors associated with fatigued driving. Methods A total of 400 taxi drivers were randomly selected for participation in a self-administered questionnaire survey， which included height and weight measurements. The response rate was 88.3%. The survey consisted of four main categories: personal particulars，social habits，work patterns and sleep profile. The Epworth Sleepiness Scale was used to estimate the level of daytime sleepiness and fatigue. Multiple logistic regression analysis was used to estimate the adjusted odd ratios and 95% confidence interval associated with risk factors related to fatigue among taxi drivers. Results A high proportion of taxi drivers were obese and had self-reported hypertension， diabetes mellitus and high cholesterol. Driver fatigue was associated with very poor/poor self-rating of quality of sleep，having an additional part-time job，and driving more than 10 hours a day. Conclusion The findings of the present study will improve awareness of the work and health conditions of taxi drivers，and contribute toward efforts to achieve a healthier workforce. A lower prevalence of fatigued driving may lead to lower risks of road traffic accidents，lower economic loss，higher productivity，and safer roads for all. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
