To accurately calculate the compressive strength of fibre reinforced polymer ( FRP) confined rubber concrete, the existing compressive strength models of FRP confined rubber concrete of related literature were analyzed. The 122 test data collected from literature were used to evaluate the accuracy of the existing model. The evaluation results show that rubber particle volume replacement rate of concrete coarse and fine aggregates and the FRP type have significant effect on the compressive strength of FRP confined rubber concrete. Based on the evaluation results, a new compressive strength model with considering rubber particle replacement rate coefficient and FRP type was established. The predicted value of the new compressive strength model is relatively close to the test value, and the error evaluation index value is 0. 09. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
