Abstract

The ferromagnetic properties of MnAs/Ge multilayers grown by molecular beam epitaxy are discussed. Ferromagnetism up to 345 K with a coercive filed of 147 Oe at 300 K and a lack of in-plane magnetic anisotropy were exhibited by the MnAs (50 A)/Ge (50 A) multilayer.
