Abstract

The thermal stability and interfacial properties of amorphous Zr[Al.sub.x][Si.sub.y][O.sub.z] films prepared under high vacuum conditions by pulse-laser deposition were studied. Results reveal that the as-prepared Zr[Al.sub.x][Si.sub.y][O.sub.z] films have a high anticrystallization temperature of 915 degree Celsius and a dielectric constant of 12.9.
