Abstract: Spontaneous formation of the natural monolayer superlattice is achieved in the organometallic vapor phase epitaxial growth of Ga0.52Ino.48p. Heterostructures in GaInP are conditioned by P precursor flow rate during the growth process. In particular, order/disorder heterostructures are conditioned by PH3 precursor properties that also reflect the structure's graded composition.

Abstract: Spectroscopic investigation was used to analyze quadratic electro-optic nonlinearity in poly(2,5-thienylene vinylene). The results showedthat the electroabsorption spectra was very similar to the second energy derivative of the unperturbed absorption and exhibited oscillations associated with strong vibronic features. The photorefractive effect under resonant photoexcitation was mainly due to nonlinearity.
