Abstract

Research into magnetic susceptibility, thermoelectric power and specific heat of the solid solution Ce(Ni(sub x)Pd(sub 1-x))2Si2 is presented. Substitution of Ni for Pd was found to result in rapid fall of the Neel temperature and a rise in the Kondo temperature.
