The need for digital support of decisions taken in agriculture is a prerequisite for this industry transformation and development. One of the main directions in solving these issues is the use of end-to-end technologies, as well as convenient and effective economic and mathematical tools. In this regard, research in the development of economic and mathematical models and decision support tools, analysis and forecasting for the agro-industrial complex is relevant. In addition to supporting agriculture in general, attention should be paid to addressing issues of improving the efficiency of agricultural activities themselves; new effective methods and approaches introduction is of particular importance in this issue, the use of which will increase the industry attractiveness, promote import substitution, improve the quality of agricultural products, etc. The agricultural pests entomophages natural complexes use can be considered as one of the approaches to improving the “purity” of agricultural products due to the rejection (complete or partial) of chemical plant protection products. This underlines the necessity and relevance of creating a comprehensive software and mathematical tools for analyzing and predicting the dynamics of pest and entomophage populations, including allowing to consider possible economic effects.

A distinctive feature of the social spheres functioning is acute cash shortages among consumers and the social demand presence; this makes it impossible to use “classical” methods of multi-criteria analysis and underlines the importance of an effective and objective apparatus creating for evaluating enterprises in these areas. The TOPSIS method was chosen as the basis for the creation of such a toolkit, a modified version of which allows the needs and capabilities of consumers to be taken into account as accurately as possible and the criteria apparatus to be flexibly adjusted to a specific request. However, due to the fact that the alternatives assessment is carried out by experts, it is important to provide a mechanism for its results objectivity increasing through the experts’ competence assessment.

Artificial intelligence is now widely used in various industries, including fire safety. When designing and deploying firefighting systems in enterprises and organizations, a large number of different factors are taken into account. This article considers the possibility of applying machine learning models to ensure a high level of protection of the environment and industrial facilities from fires with a properly selected fire suppression system based on the analysis of the data provided.

The modern concept of resource-saving technology for the cultivation of agricultural crops, including wheat, is based on the use of growth-stimulating biologically active substances and beneficial microorganisms. Studies aimed at the development of polyfunctional compositions that reduce the harmfulness of pathogens and have a positive effect on the production process are especially promising. The paper provides data on the biological substantiation of the use of polyfunctional complexes based on B. subtilis strains and chitosan salicylate to protect wheat from diseases and increase yields. Polyfunctional complexes “Vitaplan, KZh + 0.1% chitosan salicylate” (submerged cultivation, composition) optimize the physiological state of wheat plants; significantly increase its productivity and disease resistance. It was shown that the combined use of Vitaplan, KZh and 0.1% chitosan salicylate increased wheat productivity and the biological efficiency of the polyfunctional complex against wheat yellow rust. The use of the complex did not have a significant effect on the indicators characterizing the growth of the vegetative mass of plants, but had a positive effect on the structure of wheat yield.

The paper presents a decision-making method for a quantitative income estimation depending on the intensity of the future tourist flow, as a complex indicator reflecting the level of the tourist market in a region or in a separate object (a hotel complex, sanatorium, tourist base, etc.). The authors proposed to use a three-level economic and mathematical model as a practical implementation of the hotel complex room stock management process. Each its level corresponds to a specific task. At the first level it is a pre-forecast study, substantiation and selection of forecasting models. At the second it is a forecast model and the quantitative value of the predicted indicator. At the third level it is a model tohelp a decision maker (DM) with decision making, i.e., a decision tree is applied as a tool. Thus, the authors present a complete system of models and methods of decision support. The results of pre-forecast analysis, development of predictive models, building, adaptation and implementation of top-level economic and mathematical models will help decision makers to make effective management decisions. There by the maneuver material resources, choose sales technologies and search for economic solutions, including in tourism recreational production activities.

This article contains the economic processes trend-seasonality identification and its analysis. The object of research is the water delivery market - HOD (Home & Office Delivery). The subject of the study is the drinking mineral water sales time series (TS) in the Krasnodar Territory in 19-liter PET bottles. The authors applied the Chetverikov’s iterative filtering method to the time series, implemented in the MS Excel environment. As the work result a step-by-step illustration of the filtering application to time series is presented, deviations are estimated, trend and the wave intensity coefficient are given. The practical significance of the study is that the characteristics obtained are the basis for subsequent effective forecasting.

This article presents the results the adapted complex methodology operation for the pre-estimating analysis of the dynamics of tourist flow time series decomposition in the Dombai ski village, the features of which are in the combined use of both classical and new “nonlinear” statistics. The methods proposed and tested by the authors are presented in the form of a pre-estimating model for assessing the tourist flow time series trend stability. The following methods of nonlinear dynamics were tested: the method of the normalized Hurst range, phase-plane analysis. The methods of fractal analysis used and adapted by the authors ensure the identification and assessment of a number of socio-economic time series fundamental qualitative and quantitative pre-estimating characteristics, namely, the presence of memory, including long-term memory, its depth, which in turn can determine the process as persistent (antipersistent, trend-resistant or reverse) to reveal the noise color.

The questions of social sectors management are currently relevant. One of the problems is the almost complete absence of any mechanism for prices and tariffs managing, as well as enterprises evaluating in such areas as housing and communal services, public transport and public health service in order to determine the optimal “producer-consumer” pair. Within the framework of the conducted studies, it was revealed that the TOPSIS method adapted by the authors is suitable for this mechanism implementation; however, at the moment, within its framework, the procedure for the experts’ competence assessing has not been implemented. The possibility of mechanism developing for this procedure implementing based on the Delphi methods, Kemeny median and hierarchy analysis is being considered. It is advisable to use the proposed method for experts assessing not only in social sectors, but also in the assessments conducting process in any areas that require the experts’ involvement with different competence levels.

The study in hand confirms that the basic strategy of MSW management is landfilling, not recycling. Drawing from the results of the dimensional multiple factor analysis of region-specific characteristics, the authors provide recommendations on selecting MSW landfill sites and their subsequent reclamation for the Konstantinovskiy District, Amur Region.

The function of the immune system of animals is influenced by a fairly large number of external (environmental, anthropogenic, infectious) and internal (mutations, impaired protein synthesis) factors. The result of their exposure is either the activation of the entire system or its individual links, or its suppression, causing the development of an immunodeficiency state. The quantitative determination of proteins of the immunoglobulin superfamily, namely, natural antibodies and cell receptors, provides valuable clinical information for clarifying the pathogenesis of the disease and differential diagnosis. The immunoglobulin profile of the body determines the functional ability of the immune system to recognize foreign agents. B-cell membrane immunoglobulins are the receptor for the antigen and are identical to its secreted form - the antibody. The modulation of their number reflects the processes of activation and inhibition of cellular reactions. The cell is constantly recycling membrane proteins. Similar processes occur with immunoglobulins, some of which are immersed in the cell, while others, on the contrary, are built into the membrane or secreted into the extracellular space in soluble form. Immunodiagnostics based on the determination of the immunoglobulins that make up the membrane and soluble pools makes it possible to assess the functional state of not only B cells, but also the immunoreactivity of the body as a whole. This paper presents a quantitative assessment of the soluble and membrane forms of clinically healthy cattle immunoglobulins using poly- and monoclonal antibodies.

Separate and combined electrochemical oxidation of aluminium and nickel has been conducted by alternating current of industrial frequency. Concentration increase of electrolyte solution (sodium chloride) in the range from 3 to 25 wt. % and current density from 0.5 to 1.5 A/cm{2} was found to result in the increasing metal oxidation rate, excluding aluminium oxidation which oxidation rate is independent of the electrolyte solution concentration. At the current density of 1.5 A/cm{2} the products of separate oxidation of nickel and aluminium are nickel oxyhydroxides, nickel hydroxides and aluminium oxyhydroxide (boehmite), respectively. In addition to these compounds, the nickel-aluminium oxide hydrate is included in the products of nickel and aluminium co-oxidation. Its content grows with the increasing electrolyte solution concentration. Varying the concentration and current density within the limits indicated, the nickel-aluminium oxide system with nickel oxide content from 3 to 10 wt. % is produced.
