Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) drones and Total Stations are two of some methods and tools used to conduct surveys on areas or building buildings. A UAV is a flying machine that functions with remote control by the pilot or can control itself, uses aerodynamic laws to lift itself, can reusable and can carry certain payloads. A total station is a device that is a combination of electronic theodolite, Electronic Distance Meter, and software that serves as a data collector and processor. The implementation of land surveying is one of the stages of the implementation of infrastructure development. Land survey itself is a way or method to evaluate land to get data directly from the field. Survey activities consist of field activities, making data analysis, interpretation of objectives and making survey reports. In this modern period, the technology to conduct land / land surveys often develops, namely with the total station and the use of UAV drone technology. The study aims to analyse and compare the capabilities of UAV Drones and Total Stations.

Moisture and hydrological conditions have a close and fundamental relationship with tropical wetland ecosystems’ existence, characteristics, and function. Peatlands and mangrove ecosystems are wetland ecosystems but both have different unique edaphic characteristics so they are interesting as reference ecosystems. Events like land clearing, drainage, flooding, drought, and fires cause the degradation of peat and mangrove ecosystems in Indonesia. Moisture dynamics and hydro-topography will affect the quality of the land and the environment, so it is very important to study them to provide ecological information for the successful management and restoration of wetland ecosystems. This paper will discuss the role of moisture regimes and hydro-topography in the management of tropical peatlands and mangroves. This study uses a review method by data and information analysis from study reports, field observation notes, and journals simultaneously and in an integrated manner. Moisture regime and hydro-topography conditions on peatlands and mangroves indicate differences in vegetation types and key species. Hydrological characteristics and edaphic conditions are expected to become critical references in the effort to preserve and restore tropical wetland ecosystems, in this case, peatlands and mangrove ecosystems.

The rapid development of the construction world in Indonesia raises the need for more effective supporting technologies. One example of technology support in the construction world is the application of Building Information Modelling. With this background, the research was made using the implementation of BIM on a project, in order to increase the digitization of the construction world in the future. By using various BIM software such as Allplan engineer, Allplan Bridge, Openroads Bentley, and Synchro. The result is that the alternative bridge design is declared feasible because there are no conflicts in the superposition analysis with the BIM software approach, interviews with experts and BINA MARGA criteria. After the application of the BIM Software, the results shows there is an increase of for the volume of concrete material, volume of reinforcement weight, and the cost, this is caused by a more accurate design for the model.

The riparian forest as a filtering zone is the strategy to reduce non-point source pollution and increase forest cover around the catchment area. The aim was to establish a riparian forest design that is effective for the conservation and reduction of non-point source pollution which also giving beneficial socio-economic for the people. The method used were a literature study as basic reference and vegetation field surveys. The vegetation survey was carried out using nested plots at the river riparian area in the Lake Toba catchment. The vegetation seedling and saplings stand level samples were collected, and that biomass were analysed to determine N and P content. Each potential absorbing of N and P species was grouped based on its habitat. A total of 24 plant species were selected to develop a multi-purpose riparian forest design in the Lake Toba catchment. The design of the multi-purpose riparian model recommended the plantation for dry areas, semi dry areas, and wet areas. Plantation in the dry area consisted of multi-purpose tree species, in temporary dry areas can be planted ornamental perennial herbs, and wet areas comprised of species absorbing water pollutants.

Kulong is a post-tin mining area that is not reclaimed, resulting in the formation of a basin that is gradually filled with water through natural processes. In carrying out an inventory of kulong water to find out the potential and benefits of its water, a method is needed to measure the depth and pH value of kulong water in a practical way and can be monitored in real-time. Depth measurement usually uses an echosounder and to check the pH value using a manual pH meter. However, this method is somewhat less effective because it requires a relatively long process and the resulting data must be recorded manually. In this study, a thingsboard-based prototype design was designed to measure the depth and pH of the Kulong waters. measurement data is processed using a hotspot or WIFI internet connection. The measured value data will be processed and uploaded to the Thingsboard server, which is an online-based Internet of Things (IoT) platform. So that data can be displayed in real-time through the website and can be accessed via a laptop or smartphone.

Prolactin is a polypeptide hormone, encoded by the prolactin (PRL) gene, synthesized and secreted by anterior pituitary, and affecting milk yield and composition. β-Lactoglobulin (BLG) is the major whey proteinin the milk of ruminants. This study was conducted to identify the PRL and LGB genes polymorphism in the Indonesian FH cattle. A total of 139 individual cattle blood samples from West Java were used to obtain DNA samples through the DNA extraction process. Identification of the PRL and LGB genes was performed using PCR-RFLP method with RsaI (PRL gene) and HaeIII (BLG gene) restriction enzymes. The PRL gene was amplified using forward primer 5’-ccaaatccactgaattatgctt-3’ and reverse primer 5’-acagaaatcacctctctcattca-3’. The BLG gene was amplified using forward primer 5’-tgtgctggacaccgactacaaaaag-3’ and reverse primer 5’-gctcccggtatatgaccaccctct-3’. The PRL and BLG genes in the Indonesia FH cattle were polymorphic based on the PCR-RFLP analysis but the heterozygosity value was low. There were two alleles (G and A) and three genotypes (GG, GA, and AA) identified in the PRL gene of the Indonesian FH cattle with genotype frequencies were 0.914, 0.079, and 0,007 for GG, GA, and AA genotypes respectively. There were two genotypes (CC and CG) identified in the BLG gene with genotype frequencies were 0.91 (CC), and 0.09 (CG). Information about the PRL and BLG genes polymorphism in this study can be considered for further study to analyse its association with milk yield trait.

The issue of handling occupational safety and health is an important aspect of construction projects around the world. The purpose of this study is to find the dominant risk aspects that affect occupational safety and health accidents in high rise building projects. This study used a survey method through questionnaire with analytical hierarchy process (AHP) type. Respondents at minimum must have relevant education background in the construction sector and had at least 3 - 4 years of work experience in the construction sector of high-rise building projects in the Greater Jakarta area. Through literature study, there were 3 aspects with its own sub-criteria that was analysed in this research. Those 3 aspects are Technical Aspects (A), Human Resource Aspects (B), and Unexpected Events aspects (C). With technical Aspects (A) has seven sub-criteria, Human Resource Aspects (B) has six sub-criteria, and Unexpected Events aspects (C) has seven sub-criteria. These variables were compiled into an analytical hierarchy process type questionnaire. The survey used an online media, which is the use of Google Drive (Google Sheets), where each respondent filled in the questionnaire in Google Sheets, stored in an online database. The data from the questionnaire were analysed using a program called Expert Choice to determine which aspects have the highest scored and then each aspect was ranked based on the score. Each sub-criteria of the aspects were also analysed and was ranked based on the score. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, the dominant risk aspects that affect work accidents in high rise building construction projects is human resources (Criteria B).

Climate change can have a direct effect (e.g. changes in air temperature, increased ultraviolet radiation, and pollution) and indirect effect (such as increased incidence infectious diseases). Infectious diseases are the main cause of high human mortality, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. Andong plant (Cordyline terminalis) is one of Bali’s local plants, which is widely used as a drug for infections due to microbes resulting from climate change. This study aimed to observe the effect of Andong leaf extract as an antioxidant and antibacterial and to identify the compounds. This research design was carried out with sample preparation including cleaning, cutting, drying, grinding and sifting to powder. Extraction was done by maceration method. Phytochemical tests were then performed with color reagents. Antioxidant test was carried out using diphenyl picryl hydrazil hydrate (DPPH) method and antibacterial activity was determined by well diffusion method. Measurement of antioxidant compounds’ levels was determined spectrophotometrically and analysis of antioxidant compounds was carried out by the LC-MS/MS method. The result showed that the Andong leaf extract contained saponins, polyphenols, flavonoids, steroids, triterpenoids, phytosterols, amino acids and alkaloids. In the testing of antioxidant compounds, Andong leaf extract contained tannins was 3324.550±0.821 mg/100 g TAE, phenol was 1398.905±0.812 mg/100 g GAE and flavonoids was 1373.065±1.288 mg/100 g QE. This research aimed to estimate the growth curve of body weight in Ecotype Fulani (EF) chickens. Two growth curves of Logistic (L)and Gompertz (G) models were performed in this study. 211 birds were used in this study for growth curve analysis. Research showed that the coefficient of determination (R2) in both curves were similar (0.99). Hence, the standard error in G model was lower than L model in each sex group. The bird’s adult weight were 1575.96 g (male) or 1411.69 g (female) in L model and 2386.63 g (male) or 2250.30 g (female) in G model. The bird’s inflection weight was 787.98 g (male) or 705.85 g (female) in L model and 877.44 g (male) or 827.32 g (female) in G model. The bird’s inflection time were 13.58 week (male) or 15.58 week (female) L model and 18.57 week (male) or 13.89 week (female) in G model. The bird’s maximum growth rate were 78.80 g/wk (male) or 63.53 g/wk (female) in L model and 61.42 g/wk (male) or 74.46 g/wk (female) in G mode. It was concluded that the growth curve of G model was accurate to predict the body weight of EF chickens from hatching to adult age.

There has been done a research on the determination of karst potential in District of Sampang. This research aims is to analyze the presence of karst morphological potential based on Landsat 8 and DEM using several spatial analyze based on river flow maps, surface temperature, NDVI and composite band maps using ArcGis and BEAM VISAT. Then the process continued to get karst analysis map and the results are karst morphology. There are karst potency with 3 parts spread in northern, central and southern part of Sampang. Those differences are suspected because of the existence of tectonic activity and depositional process.

Eel requires unsaturated fatty acids of linolenic acid for growth. Which can be supplied from earthworms. In this study, addition of earthworm in formulation feed aimsed to improve the fatty acid profile eel meat. This research used experimental method and randomized complete design method with five treatments. Each treatment was repeated four times. The use of earthworms in feeding treatment formulation was done for 21 days with different level i.e: 0 % (P0), 25 % (P1), 50 % (P2), 75 % (P3) and 100 % (P4). The result showed that the addition of eartworm significantly influenced the omega 3 contents (EPA & DHA) of eel meat.
