The article describes the case of a 30-year-old white female patient with oral and genital aphthosis, erythema nodosum, pseudofolliculitis and severe bilateral panuveitis, and who developed Behçet's disease (BD). The disease was confirmed after performing several medical procedures including visual field test, brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) examination. The patient experienced neurological relapse during treatment with azathioprine and canakinumab.

The article describes the case of a 27-year old white male patient with pharyngitis, cervical adenitis, arthralgia and aphthous stomatitis, and who developed periodic fever, aphthous ulcers, pharyngitis and adenitis (PFAPA) syndrome. The patient underwent several procedures including laboratory tests, immunological examination and tonsillectomy. He was successfully treated with canakinumab after using several other medications such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and colchicine.
