The main purpose of this paper is to introduce a new hybrid iterative scheme for finding a common element of set of solutions for a system of generalized mixed equilibrium problems, set of common fixed points of a family of quasi-φ-asymptotically nonexpansive mappings, and null spaces of finite family of γ-inverse strongly monotone mappings in a 2-uniformly convex and uniformly smooth real Banach space. It has been well known that the band of idempotents of a naturally ordered orthodox semigroup satisfying the "strong Dubreil-Jacotin condition" forms a normal band. In the literature, the naturally ordered orthodox semigroups satisfying the strong Dubreil-Jacotin condition were first considered by Blyth and Almeida Santos in 1992. Based on the name "epigroup" in the paper of Blyth and Almeida Santos and also the name "epigroups" proposed by Shevrin in 1955; we now call the naturally ordered orthodox semigroups satisfying the Dubreil-Jacotin condition the epiorthodox semigroups. We continue to adopt notations and methods used in the papers illustrated by Yang (2009, 2010) to investigate the monotonicity properties of the ratio of mixed two-parameter homogeneous means. As consequences of our results, the monotonicity properties of four ratios of mixed Stolarsky means are presented, which generalize certain known results, and some known and new inequalities of ratios of means are established. The aim of this paper is the variational study of the contact with adhesion between an elastic material and a rigid foundation in the quasistatic process where the deformations are supposed to be small. The behavior of this material is modelled by a nonlinear elastic law and the contact is modelled with Signorini's conditions and adhesion. The evolution of bonding field is described by a nonlinear differential equation. We derive a variational formulation of the mechanical problem, and we prove the existence and uniqueness of the weak solution using a theorem on variational inequalities, the theorem of Cauchy-Lipschitz, a lemma of Gronwall, as well as the fixed point of Banach. This paper is concerned with the study of a penalization-gradient algorithm for solving variational inequalities, namely, find x̅∈C such that 〈Ax̅,y-x̅〉≥0 for all y∈C, where A:H→H is a single-valued operator, C is a closed convex set of a real Hilbert space H. Given Ψ:H→R∪{+∞} which acts as a penalization function with respect to the constraint x̅∈C, and a penalization parameter βk, we consider an algorithm which alternates a proximal step with respect to ∂Ψ and a gradient step with respect to A and reads as xk=(I+λkβk∂Ψ)-1(xk-1-λkAxk-1). Under mild hypotheses, we obtain weak convergence for an inverse strongly monotone operator and strong convergence for a Lipschitz continuous and strongly monotone operator. Applications to hierarchical minimization and fixed-point problems are also given and the multivalued case is reached by replacing the multivalued operator by its Yosida approximate which is always Lipschitz continuous. We introduce in this paper the concept of left WMC2 rings and concern ourselves with rings containing an injective maximal left ideal. Some known results for left idempotent reflexive rings and left HI rings can be extended to left WMC2 rings. As applications, we are able to give some new characterizations of regular left self-injective rings with nonzero socle and extend some known results on strongly regular rings. By a near-ring we mean a right near-ring. J0r , the right Jacobson radical of type 0, was introduced for near-rings by the first and second authors. In this paper properties of the radical J0r are studied. It is shown that J0r is a Kurosh-Amitsur radical (KA-radical) in the variety of all near-rings R, in which the constant part Rc of R is an ideal of R. So unlike the left Jacobson radicals of types 0 and 1 of near-rings, J0r is a KA-radical in the class of all zero-symmetric near-rings. Diagonal updating scheme is among the cheapest Newton-like methods for solving system of nonlinear equations. Nevertheless, the method has some shortcomings. In this paper, we proposed an improved matrix-free secant updating scheme via line search strategies, by using the steps of backtracking in the Armijo-type line search as a step length predictor and Wolfe-Like condition as corrector. Our approach aims at improving the overall performance of diagonal secant updating scheme. Under mild assumptions, the global convergence results have been presented. We study the role of predation dynamics in oscillation of pest population in insect ecology. A two-dimensional pest control model (under the use of insecticides) with time delay in predation is considered in this paper. By the Hopf bifurcation theory, we prove the existence of the stable oscillation of the system. We also consider the economic viability of the control process. First we improve the Pontryagin maximum principle (PMP) where the delay in the system is sufficiently small and control function is linear, and then we apply the improved version of PMP to perform the optimal analysis of the pest control model as a special case. The different notions of Cauchy sequence and completeness proposed in the literature for quasi-pseudometric spaces do not provide a satisfactory theory of completeness and completion for all quasi-pseudometric spaces. In this paper, we introduce a notion of completeness which is classical in the sense that it is made up of equivalence classes of Cauchy sequences and constructs a completion for any given T0 quasi-pseudometric space. The notion of fuzzy s-prime filters of a bounded BCK-algebra is introduced. We discuss the relation between fuzzy s-prime filters and fuzzy prime filters. By the fuzzy s-prime filters of a bounded commutative BCK-algebra X, we establish a fuzzy topological structure on X. We prove that the set of all fuzzy s-prime filters of a bounded commutative BCK-algebra forms a topological space. We study the long-time behavior of solutions to nonautonomous semilinear parabolic systems involving the Grushin operators in bounded domains. We prove the existence of a pullback D-attractor in (L2(Ω))m for the corresponding process in the general case. When the system has a special gradient structure, we prove that the obtained pullback D-attractor is more regular and has a finite fractal dimension. The article describes the Fekete-Szegö problem with complex parameter for a new class of analytic functions. It presents several equations for starlike functions and close-to-convex functions. We study the Iwasawa-type decomposition of an open subset of SL (n,C) as SU(p, q)AN. We show that the dressing action of SU(p, q) is globally defined on the space of admissible elements in AN. We also show that the space of admissible elements is a multiplicative subset of AN. We present an overview of the known results describing the isometric and closed-range composition operators on different types of holomorphic function spaces. We add new results and give a complete characterization of the isometric univalently induced composition operators acting between Bloch-type spaces. We construct a new iterative scheme by hybrid methods and prove strong convergence theorem for approximation of a common fixed point of two countable families of closed relatively quasinonexpansive mappings which is also a solution to a system of equilibrium problems in a uniformly smooth and strictly convex real Banach space with Kadec-Klee property using the properties of generalized f-projection operator. Using this result, we discuss strong convergence theorem concerning variational inequality and convex minimization problems in Banach spaces. Let R be a commutative ring and S a finite locally inverse semigroup. It is proved that the semigroup algebra R[S] is isomorphic to the direct product of Munn algebras M (R[GJ],mJ, nJ ; PJ) with J ϵ S/∂, where mJ is the number of R-classes in J, nJ the number of ℒ-classes in J, and GJ a maximum subgroup of J.
