The paper comprises of deploying whole web application and its related services in cloud platform using PaaS, here major concern is to secure the data and maintain the data flow in a streamlined manner. Methodology adopted here is using virtualization technique and utilizing resource developing platform as a service platform and it is used as a service. Online art gallery is the search engine friendly content management system in which user and admin interact with each other. Here the application is being deployed in Amazon AWS and PaaS used is Appfog which is build of cloud foundry, the open platform as a service and the database used is MySQL.

Cloud computing provides information technology resources and services on demand using the internet. It different types of services like IAAS (infrastructure as a service), PAAS (platform as a service) and SAAS(software as a service). Scenario of cloud computing refers to the two entities mainly cloud service provider and cloud service user. Cloud service provider provides the cloud resources and services to the cloud service user. Cloud service provider must have to use its resources efficiently to gain profit, but challenging task for them is maximum optimization of cloud resources. This paper describes approach which deals with saving of energy by optimally utilizing hosts and by minimizing active host using migration techniques. General Terms Algorithm for energy efficient dynamic load balancing in cloud environment.

In future all IT enterprises migrate into cloud platform. Cloud server exchanges the messages for remote location users with the help of multi cloud architectures. Previous cloud development provides the security in limited dimensions with the help of application logic. It not sufficient for control the all different attackers. It provides highly safe results with good data protection. Here we concentrate on two dimensions. Those dimensions are application logic view and regulatory framework. Its have excellent security properties. This approach provides the excellent security compare to previous approaches. Cloud computing is an automatic multitenant pay-as-you go service accessed through web browsers. . The main services of cloud computing are software as a service, infrastructure as a service and platform as a service. These services are very much helpful and beneficial to IT organizations undergoing severe budgetary constraints. In this paper the major enablers of cloud computing services are taken by discussing with experts and through literature survey. An interrelation ship among the enablers are done with FISM(Fuzzy Interpretive Structural Modeling and FMICMAC(Fuzzy MICMAC) analysis. An initial reachability set is constructed from structural self interaction matrix (SSIM) and final reachability set by considering a scale 0-1 instead of binary condition. Enablers chosen are classified into four clusters based on their driving power and dependence power. From MATLAB FISM model is derived. This paper highlights the most sensitive enablers of cloud computing services.

Every E-commerce application has several familiar and fundamental services that are vital in their operations. In this paper here we propose a new cloud service called “Commerce as a service” that provides the fundamental needs for every e-commerce vendor. This commerce cloud provides the essential support for the use of e-commerce applications. The proposed cloud model supports various cloud users and vendors in using the commerce cloud services for a reliable, flexible and better service.
