The selection of nodes is the first step of regional comprehensive transportation corridor planning and is also a step of vital importance. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the demand of nodes and builds an evaluation index system. Then this paper uses rough sets theory to deal with the index dates, which can determine the weight and avoid the overlap of indexes by attribute reduction at the same time. The optimal order of nodes is calculated based on the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) model to provide the reference for nodes selection and nodes classifying. Finally, this paper shows the algorithm and tests the applicability of the model through case analysis.

As a key component of the urban passenger transport system, taxi vehicles provide all-weather, convenient, and comfortable direct service for passengers. Due to the frequent starts and long time lower speed operation, taxi vehicles' air pollutant emissions have been increasing, which has seriously affected the urban overall environment and urban residents' physical and mental health. This paper attempts to establish a modeling framework for alleviating and managing air pollutants emission for urban taxi vehicles. In accordance with the idea of "data mining → emission factors choosing → pollution distribution → pollution diffusion → emission reduction strategies," by means of Global Positioning System and Geographic Information System, the paper analyzes urban taxi vehicles' air pollutants emissions real-time distribution and diffusion in the urban road network. Through adoption of emission reduction strategies, taxi survey and transportation policies, the aim is to reduce taxi vehicles' pollution emissions and improve urban environmental air quality. This framework will be helpful for optimizing taxi operating efficiency, reducing air pollution emissions and improving air quality, which has an important theoretical significance and practical value.

Based on characteristics of railway freight, this paper selects an index system of rail freight center location comprehensively. Then based on rough set theory, this paper establishes a knowledge base of rail freight center location, discretizes data, and extracts key indicators by using equidistance method and attribute reduction method. This paper effectively analyzes the position of China's railway freight and calculates the importance of each key indicator. The result shows that when the rail freight center location is selected, a start directly from the index data itself is possible. This can avoid the influence of subjective factors, improve reliability and validity of the prediction, and provide a reasonable theoretical basis for policies to determine railway cargo center.

Mean Time Between Failures/Mean Time to Repair (MTBF/MTTR) are important parameters for measuring the reliability of systems. Shorter MTBF/MTTR normally means high service quality. However, a reasonable level of reliability is usually not defined. In this paper, the calculation method of MTBF/MTTR is presented. This paper also provided the simulation model and simulation experiment oriented service systems for the quantitative analysis of the relation between MTBF/MTTR and performance metrics of service systems. In the paper, the technique is developed for defining the rational level of reliability, and a practical case is used to demonstrate the aforementioned approaches.

In this paper, the authors discuss freight statistics from the view of transfer freight volume, trends freight volume, and induced freight volume between Wuhan and Guangzhou and analyze the period characteristics and structural features of the run of the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway. The paper then studies the feasibility of a high-speed railway container train in the view of transport organization and technical conditions, and by strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis method, the shortcomings of its running are pointed out. According to the analysis, development strategies are proposed.

The airport is an important infrastructure for the development of civil aviation industry, and whether the airport site selection is reasonable or not determines the operation of civil aviation and even the whole transport network. With the development of civil aviation industry, airports and routes increase rapidly, which makes airspace become one of the main limiting factors of airport site selection. First, this paper collects the geographic information of complex airspace area and uses Supermap software to build the geographic spatial database; then, according to the civil aviation airspace methods, analyzes the airspace structure of complex airspace area, vectors the airspace structure based on the geographic spatial database, and determines the airport site selecting area, which is not restricted by airspace through overlay analysis and buffer analysis; and finally, uses service area analysis to obtain the radiation range of existing airports and determines the optional area of the airport under the combination with the analysis of airspace structure. By analyzing living examples in detail, this paper puts forward a feasible solution for determining the optional area of the airport, which can provide a scientific basis for airport site selection.

The coordinated development of transportation infrastructure and the city is an important aspect of sustainable transportation. As one of the important parts of transportation infrastructure, the rational layout of road passenger terminals is not only directly related to the attractiveness of road transport, affecting the service level of road transport, but it is also one of the key factors in guiding urban development patterns. First, the paper analyzes the correlation of layout of road passenger terminals and urban development. Next, it builds up an evaluation index system of coordination of layout of road passenger terminals and urban development. The paper evaluates the coordination from five aspects, which consists of matching terminal sizes and population size, accessibility of terminals locations and demand locations, balance of range of terminals service and urban spatial development, integration of terminals layout and transportation system, and influence degree of terminals layout and city environment. The qualitative and quantitative description of coordination may provide the basis for the following quantitative evaluation.

Marshalling station is the key link in railway network. The two operations, disintegration and marshalling, are the important factors to limit the ability of the marshalling station. According to the above two operations, this paper used the BP neural network model to do a simulation on three levels which are the arrival forecasting, the conditions of disintegration and aggregation, and the generation of marshalling. Finally, we programmed simulations on the Chengdu North Marshalling Mathematics application matures increasingly and computer technology has developed rapidly. Probability theory, queuing theory and computer simulation technology have fully developed for the using of the work with marshalling yard. They also received a lot of breakthrough. These studies are based on the five links of arrival, disintegration, aggregation, marshalling, and starting while they mainly aims at the two key links, the disintegration and marshalling, which limit the ability of the station. Particularly, it can be divided into three aspects: the forecasting of content in arrivals, the simulation on conditions of disintegration and aggregation, and the generation of marshalling. Currently, most of the papers are expansion around one or two links which are only for local optimization and automation. They have ignored how global changing can affect the local parts. So this article uses the latest simulation method and the thoughts of branch-and-bound to do the global simulation and automation, which can realize a brand new system with the simulation of arriving wagon-flow and the automatically imitation of disintegration, aggregation and marshalling.

This paper proposes a genetic algorithm-based approach to solve the bus network design problem. First this paper selects the object function by analysis of the characteristics of bus travel and obtains the constraints of bus network design by "Urban Road Traffic Design Specification." Second this paper researches the selection of the origin station in the network by the traffic demand of the area. Third this paper uses a genetic algorithm-based approach, which involves a new coding mode to solve the bus network problem. Finally, an example is used to prove the efficiency of the approach.

This paper reviews the existing research results of the allocation of empty containers. It gives a systematized description on the allocation of empty containers and makes an in-depth analysis on the subjective and objective reasons for the empty container allocation. Under the conditions of market economy, cost and service are the two mainly considered points of modem management. In order to reduce the cost of empty container allocation and improve the quality of service, this paper set up optimization model. This model is established based on the principle of minimum cost and maximum satisfaction.

With the goal of making the last trains form favorable connections in transfer hubs, coordination for the last train timetable of each metro line is significant for the network integrative operation in urban rail transit system. This paper presents a method of compiling the last train timetables of all lines at the network level with the consideration of transfer coordination. The timetables created through this method are able to realize all the connection principles of different lines, which are set by subway operators based on the transfer demands of passengers. A pick-and-filter algorithm is put forward to assist the operators in choosing connection principles from abundant transfer relations. Beijing urban rail network is taken as an example to simulate the compilation of the last train timetables with computer program, of which the running results indicate the methods presented by this paper are feasible and efficient.

The behavior of the port enterprise risk decision in an uncertain environment is discussed in this paper, and the paper analyzes the causes of the formation, the formation process, and main influencing factors. Meanwhile, based on the basic principle of prospect theory, the hypothesis of the limited rationality person is presented. Regarding the differences of the sensitivity of decision makers to gains or losses, the factors of the risk decision are introduced to establish a risk decision model, which provided an effective pattern to reasonably avoid the risks of port enterprises.

This paper gives the reason for the decrease of ship stability after cargo liquefaction and then analyzes the effect of different measures available for seafarers to improve stability. Due to infeasibility of putting these measures into marine practice, this paper concludes that each ship carrying cargo that may liquefy should completely observe relevant requirements of IMSBC Code. The responsibilities of other personnel involved in the shipment should also be emphasized, and the shipmaster's right to ensure the safety of the ship should be fully guaranteed.

This paper starts from the real situation that helicopter, as a new rescue tool, will be widely used in the field of China's emergency rescue and attempts to explore the principle of the layout and site of helicopters emergency rescue in the highway service area. Based on the best first aid time of expressway traffic accidents in medicine and the actual situation in China, this paper uses the cluster analysis to model for the network layout of helicopter rescue on the highway and the empirical analysis proves that the method has a strong practical value and operability.

With the increase of the freight volume in China, the choice of the freight transportation mode is more and more important. From the perspective of Game Theory, this paper determines the participation subject and influencing factors in the game process through the analysis of freight transportation structure in the transport corridor. On this basis, this paper sets the basic parameters and basic assumptions, establishes the game model, and finally designs the algorithm.

Train attributes, ramp, curve radius, and distance between stations and other infrastructure are preconditions of train operation, and train energy consumption makes a great difference under the conditions of different infrastructures. By using theoretical analysis combined with simulation methods, the paper sets a different simulation environment. Taking CRH EMU as an object of study, the paper makes a quantitative study of the impact of the above factors for the energy consumption of train operation. It provides important reference and basis for the design of high-speed railway line design, the selection of the multiple unit, operation organizations, and train operation from the point of view of reducing energy consumption.

In addition, the conclusion of this paper provides a theoretical basis for the port industry cluster risk control.

Highway lifelines would suffer different levels and types of damage when major natural disasters happen, which would influence traffic and reduce highway reliability. This paper focused on highway damage, traffic impact, and connection reliability. The author analyzed the failure modes of the highway traffic lifeline during major natural disasters in China, studied the influence of highway damage on traffic, and put forward the definition of traffic function loss of highway traffic lifeline. And according to the difference of traffic function loss under various kinds of highway damages, the traffic function loss types were raised. Then, the traffic function loss was classified into four grades based on traffic function loss degree. Finally, the correlativity between traffic function loss and connected reliability of highway lifeline was established. The paper considered the influence of highway damage on connected reliability from the perspective of traffic function loss, and the research results would provide new ideas for connected reliability analysis of highway lifeline during major natural disasters.

This paper considers the Braess Paradox, a well-known phenomenon: adding a new route to a traffic network may not improve efficiency of the whole network; to the contrary, it increases total travel time. The reason of that paradox happens is that under User Equilibrium assignment (UE), commuters route their traffic absolutely selfishly, which meanwhile contributes to an increase in travel time for other network users. So traffic planners who want to implement an optimal assignment of global network to that sum of total latency is minimized, which is System Optimization (SO). The objective of SO is to maximize the benefit of whole network, but it is absence of attention to consider loss of part of road users in the optimal situation, which leads to the difficulty of reaching SO. Therefore, this paper regards first the loss of road users as opportunity cost to explore a new optimal equilibrium, named Maximum of Satisfaction Equilibria (MSE). The authors build a traffic network equilibrium model involved in opportunity cost and loss aversion and use a simple two-node network with a linear function of its congestion. The conclusion shows that 1) the sum of total travel time is similar to 4/5 in MSE in best situation, which is more than the quantity in SO (3/4) and less than that in UE (1); 2) a new way to explain why SO is hard to reach; and 3) it is not really good to provide the most accurate information about the actual state of the system to traffic users.

The macroscopic traffic emission model is a useful tool in the wide-area emission assessment, which is typically used to calculate and develop the national or regional emission factors and inventories. This paper uses the portable emission measurement system to collect the real-time vehicle emission data, and develops the analysis platform for the emission data based on COPERT III model and corresponding secondary developing tools. Further, the emission characteristics of different emission species for different vehicles are obtained, and the ratio of emissions for each pollutant on the road is calculated. Finally, the paper presents a discussion with respect to further analysis of emissions based on COPERT III model.

The minimum headway of trains is an important technical standard in railway survey and design. Common passenger trains on high-speed railway have great influence on the headway of trains. This paper mainly analyzes the type of coach, passenger train composition, and train operation control system. The calculating model of headway of an electric multiple unit (EMU) and common passenger train was put forward in this paper. According to the calculating model, based on the train control system level 2 (CTCS-2) for China and the train running monitor and record device (LKJ) and the ground signals, taking the YunCheng northern station of Datong-Xi'an high-speed railway as example, the arrival-pass and arrival-arrival headway of common passenger trains and EMU and the pass-departure headway of EMU and common passenger train can realize 3 minutes. And the departure-departure headway of EMU and common passenger trains can realize 5 minutes. And some valuable research results will be provided for survey and design of special lines for passenger traffic.

With the increase of people's travel demand, comprehensive passenger transport centers are increasingly significant in urban traffic systems. To provide better transfer service for passengers, based on transport modes adaptability theory of comprehensive passenger transport center, this paper introduced data envelopment analysis and synergetic theory. Furthermore, an evaluation model is established based on these two theories and transfer efficiency and synergy evaluation index systems are constructed. Taking Changchun City Railway Station passenger hub for example validation, this paper used the above evaluation model to calculate and analyze according to the survey data of train station in Changchun City. Finally, based on the final calculation results, this paper pointed out the problems of the existing transfer mode and provided a theoretical basis for the subsequent construction of the transfer center.

The rapid growth of urban traffic demand and the rapid increase in car ownership brings a big problem of environmental issues. In modern society, people's lives are getting heavier and heavier with regard to quality of life, and people pay more attention to the quality of the living environment. Electric vehicles will be widely used in the future with characteristics like non-pollution, saving energy, and low noise, but the battery capacity limits their travel distance. Based on the travel distance limit, this paper presents a mathematical programming model for the distance-constrained traffic assignment problem, and it follows the Wardropian equilibrium principle. At the end of the paper, the improved Origin-Based Algorithm of the distance-constrained traffic assignment problem model is simply introduced.

Passenger train operation plans under uncertain information based on the measures of the possibilities are discussed in the paper. Taking the maximum transportation profit and minimizing the costs of passengers as the objective function, this paper establishes a fuzzy chance-constrained programming model based on the fuzzy passengers, number of arrival and departure tracks, and interval capacity. Furthermore, we also discuss the heuristic strategy with algorithm.

As a key component of advanced driving simulators (ADS), visual system (VS) provides more than 80% driving information to drivers in ADS, and therefore, its fidelity and immersion have become the key index that affects the validity of ADS. In this paper, the structure and function of VS is first presented and analyzed, the validation parameters of VS are determined, and subsequently the calibration model of VS is provided. Through the calibration model provided in this paper, the fidelity and immersion of VS can be enhanced, and subsequently the fidelity of ADS can be improved.

The emergency escape ramps (EERs) have made a great development in China. But in recent years, the lawsuits involving the EERs have increased. The reason is that the vehicles entering the EERs cannot escape safely resulting in the causalities and damage to the vehicle and goods. The original intention of the EERs built by the highway administrative departments is that providing the escape ramps for the vehicles, and it is the unexpected to facing the lawsuits. It is an urgent problem to avoid the legal risk of the EERs for the highway administrative departments. Incidents in the EERs are the reason of the lawsuits. The paper analyzes the six kinds of the common incidents in the EERs, including that the vehicles rush out of the arresters bed of the EERs, roll over in the arrester bed, the cargoes extrude forward to the driving cab, roll back after stopping, collision with the existing vehicles in the arrester bed, and collision with the guardrails on the both sides of the arrester bed. The paper also analyzes the reasons of the incidents in the EERs, including the unscientific design, the improper uses, the overdue maintenance and the weak operational management. It is the most critical to ensure that the vehicles entering the EERs smooth stopping and escape safely to the legal risk aversion involved the EERs. The paper proposes the legal risk aversion programs, including the scientific, reasonable, humanized design of the EERs, putting into force the inform system of the usage terms of the EERs, strengthening the maintenance and operational management of the EERs, and strengthening the publicity and guide of the EERs.

Mud spillover between layers is one of the main injuries of CRTS III slab track. Vehicles-line vertical coupling model of the whole car was established in this paper by the finite element dynamic analysis software ANSYS / LS-DYNA, based on the vehicle dynamics and the finite element method of orbital dynamics, linked by wheel-rail relation. The paper established integrated and unit-two types of track models and compared them with indicators of the 200 km/h speed in the design specifications of the high-speed rail, then analyzed the regulations of dynamic performance of inter-city high-speed railway under different range of mud spillover. The results show that the minor disengaging of plates made by mud spillover has little effect on driving comfort and safety. Better to do long-term observations on minor mud spillover places (less than 1.5m) and for serious places especially the width exceeding 1.5m, prompt repair is urgent.

The paper mainly discusses the configuration design from aerodynamic, structural, and control perspectives, including multi-objective optimization of aerodynamic characteristics and structure weight. Further, the paper also gives the control system model to show the tracking trajectory. First, in order to minimize drag and structural weight of the airship, the airship envelope shape is optimized using genetic algorithm from the perspective of aerodynamic and structural subjects. Second, based on the former multi-objective optimization, the kinematics model and the 3-DOF dynamic model of the airship, a control system model is established to bring the airship to the original position. Then, the shape of airship whose tracking time is shortest is selected as the best one. The results of this paper will provide academic support to the configuration design and station-keeping control of the stratospheric airship.

Global positioning system (GPS)-smartphones as probe vehicles have become a promising technique for real-time traffic surveillance and dynamic traffic information collection. In order to achieve cost-effective traffic information collection and estimation, a suitable sampling interval should be determined. This paper investigates two optimal sampling intervals, including space-based and time-based sampling intervals. With the requirements of high-link travel speed estimation accuracy and map-matching accuracy, the paper proposes optimal space-based and time-based sampling interval (around 120m and 20s) for GPS-smartphone probes.

The safety level of railway transportation is one of the most important factors influencing transportation quality. This paper analyzes the occurrence mechanism of railway transportation accidents, the safety level in different states of control elements with "people" and "the thing" as system safety state control elements. And based on this, the paper makes safety adjustment suggestions in different states of control elements, with reference to actual railway transportation accident analysis.

With more than 10,000 entries of traffic accident data as the basis of study, this paper introduced Direct Property Loss and categorized Roadway Severity as a dependent variable. Predicated on previous correlation studies of objective factors and traffic accident severity, subjective driver factors were put forward in this paper, including driving experience index, driver's age, and accident responsibility, etc. Fifteen evaluation indicators were brought in to develop a traffic accident severity model based on multinomial logistic, of which seven were used after independent variables of weak correlation were singled out from a correlation analysis of independent variables. Tests of model's feasibility were conducted and passed, suggesting that subjective factors such as driving experience, age, and accident responsibility are in significant correlation with the severity of traffic accidents.

It's an effective way of reducing the high-speed railway traction energy consumption through adopting energy-saving ideas for railway line slope profile design. Through computer simulation and calculation, the paper analyzed the factors of energy-saving slope design, including the slope value of station's slope, distance from station center to energy-saving slope's grade change point, EMU marshaling weight, braking force coefficient, initial entry speed, and other factors. The paper established a method of inbound energy-saving slope design and verified the validity of the design method by example.

The paper described the development of road transfer stations for containers and proposed that a small amount of larger-scale road transfer stations for containers exists in China. The demand of road transport of containers is becoming more and more large. So the location of the road transfer station of container becomes a critical issue. In this paper, the author uses the principle of mixed-integer programming to site a location model and then use chaos optimization algorithm for solving. Finally, the author uses an example to verify the effectiveness of the method.

According to the development of regional road passenger transport integration requirements, this paper uses cooperative principles to establish the coordinated development of regional road passenger transport integration multi-objective decision-making model that contents include the road passenger transport from the sub-regional coordinated development of their own, sub-regional and sub-regional coordination between the development of road passenger transport, road transport sub-regional coordination with the external environment for the development of three terms of goals. Finally, the paper takes advantage of the city group of CHANGZHUTAN for examples, validating the feasibility and practicality of the model.

Location and configuration for emergency resources are key problems for emergency management systems. In this paper, risk weight of emergency demand point is proposed. The emergency demand point has bigger risk weight, which was covered with more emergency service points. Considering the reliability of the emergency system, the article proposed the fastest emergency rescue, maximizing meeting emergency needs, and minimizing the total cost as objective functions. Then, the author sets up a model of multi-objectives to locate emergency resources. In the end, the paper gives a numerical experiment to illuminate the efficiency of the model in this paper.

The capacity of the turn-back station is related to the capacity of the railway, which is the key factor in the railway transport operating organization. This paper describes the way of calculating the turning-back capacity according to the type of turning-back station. The key to calculating the capacity of turning back is calculating the interval time between turning back and starting, which should use different ways of calculating according to the different types of turning-back station. This paper describes the way of calculating the turning-back mode before civil works and after civil works respectively and gives some suggestions to improve the capacity.

The paper presents a study to establish a method of measuring parking efficiency and accessibility of curbside parking facilities based on the level-of-service (LOS) concept. This paper selected curb parking facilities setting on the bicycle lane, analyzed accessibility of inbound and outbound parking maneuvers influenced by non-motorized vehicle flow, and then identified and evaluated a group of principal variables that influence parking accessibility. Based on traffic conflict analysis techniques and traffic survey, the authors defined the events of conflicts to describe the traffic block and traffic conflict of parked vehicles caused by non-motorized vehicle flow and then established a model to describe the relationship between the events of conflicts and the velocity of non-motorized vehicles and parked car, bicycle, and e-bike volume, the width of bicycle lane. The results indicated that the events of parking conflicts increased significantly with increasing the non-motor vehicle volumes and decreasing velocity difference between parked car and non-motor vehicles. Finally, the relationship model was included in the derived method for designating the level of service of curbside parking facilities; it is hoped that the LOS criteria would help to provide theoretical support for setting and building of curb parking facilities.

To evaluate the train running plan for passenger-dedicated railway line more objectively and reasonably, after synthesizing and improving the related research, this paper builds the evaluation index system of train running plan for the line. The paper tries to adopt the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy method to ascertain the subjective and objective weight of evaluation index. Then, based on the sum of squares of deviations, this paper develops the optimal weights combination method. This method can synthesize the subjective and objective weight effectively so that it is easy to get the more objective and reasonable comprehensive weight of the index. It is beneficial to evaluate objective and realize the excellent selection. Finally, the paper builds a numerical study to verify the availability and practicability of the evaluation model.

These systems are all in the management of their own way, lacking a unified standard, resulting in it is hard to exchange the information between the railway dispatching station and basic stations, thus making it difficult to play a commanding role in the daily work. This paper, from the point of the railway station, analysis the positions, freight data, and freight information system which are involved in the key link of railway freight operation, and establishes the flow of data acquisition and data processing mode to improve the station freight information management, contributing to the achievement of the railway meticulous management and the improvement of the competitiveness of rail freight market.

Based on the total and in-depth studies of the semi-automatic blocking equipments among the single-track, in combination with the station interlocking system. As well as the object-oriented computer programming language, this paper aims to develop simulation system for train reception and departure in the Windows operating system, realizing the train reception and departure. The system operates stably. Its interactive interface is friendly and intuitive, fulfilling the expected goals.

Because C50 concrete with antifreeze admixtures has not been used in bridge engineering in cold weather areas, this paper focuses on how to avoid damage from early-age freezing for C50 concrete. First of all, compressive strength and frost resistance test of C50 concrete with antifreeze admixtures were researched in the conditions of -10°C. The concrete mix proportion was optimized, and the critical frozen compressive strength was 15.6MPa, and the critical frozen compressive strength subjected to freezing and thawing was 26MPa. According to the research results of the effect of antifreeze admixtures on concrete durability in the laboratory, the concrete mix proportion for girders of Harbin Yang Ming Beach Bridge in winter construction was determined, and various technical measures were adopted, such as temperature controlling of concrete casting and curing. The field application of C50 concrete for girders at negative temperature was successfully completed.

The paper addresses how to balance the relationship between train formation and service frequency. The authors take intercity through transport as the study object because the train plan is simplified to these two parts only. Based on the analysis of passengers' generalized travel expense, the law of boarding choice under the condition of the generalized travel cost is found. The law states that the distribution of the expected boarding time of passengers on every train is sequential, continuous, and symmetric and the attractiveness range of each train is uniform. A maximum system-profit model with elastic demand is solved by an analytic method. A numerical example is provided to show the effects of train formation and service frequency on passenger demand and objective functions.

To monitor the process of dangerous goods transportation, this paper designs the vehicle monitoring terminal of dangerous goods transportation. The monitoring terminal uses ARM microprocessor LPC2114 as the hardware and employs μC/OS-II as operating system. The test shows the vehicle terminal collects and reports the state of the vehicle and dangerous goods in real time, thus it can prevent accidents effectively.

As there are numerous passengers gathering in the transfer station, ensuring the safety of the transfer station is of great significance. Though the analysis of the traditional safety evaluation of transfer station,evaluation index system based on the safety assessment of the changes in passenger traffic of the transfer station, the proposed gray correlation degree evaluation method based on the coefficient of variation empowered is proposed. The method is a variation coefficient method, gray relational degree evaluation method combining method. Empowerment with a coefficient of variation of the evaluation index is an objective method of empowerment, and will not be influenced by subjective factors. Gray relevant coefficient evaluation did not ask how much of the sample size, and does not need the typical distribution of a small amount of calculation, and for the safety assessment of the transfer station indicators there may be overlapping or related issues such as gray correlation degree evaluation method not be affected. This paper takes the safety evaluation method of combining gray correlation grade analysis and the coefficient of variation method to evaluate the safety of the transfer station. And a transfer station is taken for evaluated. Based on the results of local investigation, conduct the safety evaluation by applying the methods above and obtain transfer station's final evaluation results.

The paper utilizes meso-simulation model for short-term traffic flow prediction and zone algorithm for ramp metering in urban expressway. A coordination control model is established and implemented by C++. Then, it simulates and analyzes the results based on the east line of the southern section of Shanghai North-South Elevated road. Simulation result shows that both speed variance and speed mean square error of coordination control model decrease remarkably. The coordination control model reduces the overall difference of speed of the traffic flow that can improve traffic safety, and the model is effective.
